The not so friendly guy working today looked at the brand new chain I had in a bag, scoffed and me and gave me a dirty look and as he was walking away said, "bring in the bike and I will put the chain on it." And he was gone. Gave me all of 15 seconds. The way he talked to me and looked at me was horrible and I will never go back. Another bike shop was happy to do it in 2 min. For free. I am in the market for 2 new mountain bikes and I will not be buying them here. Terribly rude and arrogant people. I will forever tell everyone I know about how bad this place is. DO NOT GO HERE. Much better bike shops around. They were terrible to deal with when I bought the bike also. They have one great employee named Cat at the Arlington location. Go there if you have to. The kind of job that shouldn't take longer than about 30 min. I explained that I'm from 1.5 hr away and I'd like to make the drive only once if possible. I asked if they would be able to schedule me an appointment to get the work done. He said I'd have to call back and speak with Jeff the next day. I called back and spoke to Jeff and explained my situation. He said they're really busy and wouldn't be able to get to it today. I asked about next weekend or the weekend after. It became very clear, he had absolutely no interest in doing the work. I said I'll find another shop. Poor customer service. Sadly more of the norm when it comes to bike shops these days.

The second I got it home, and drove it around it broke down.... So I brought it back up there to get it fixed, not only did they charge me but as soon as I got it back home it broke down again in seconds of turning it on.... This happened 4 times, and they have charged me for every fix.... The last time I took it up there it was around August.... I had to harass them months later to see why they haven't called me or updated me on what was going on with my moped..... The owner then tells me it's going to be a 230.00 fix. On a moped!!!!!! Anyways it is now December, and I still haven't gotten my moped back, and still haven't received an update.... I refuse to pay 230.00 for this fix! I haven't been able to ride the thing since I purchased it!!!!!! The whole point of me buying this moped was to get me to work, and I am still walking... 6 months later, and have no clue what is going on! Is it fixed? Can I get it? I hope you all know I am not paying for a almost 300 dollar part for something I have yet to ride! The owner here is very nice, but I feel like I have definitely been taken advantage of! 6 months, and this thing that was supposed to make my life easier has made it a complete nightmare! It's been nothing but a money pit! If I had known it was going to be like this I would have never ever bought the thing! Which was a grand of my money, and then some with the repairs....
