All of the above went terribly wrong. Todd repeatedly no showed citing anything from getting in a car accident to relationship or health issues, to being robbed. Did not clean up after he finished tile repair, left dust and his own tools on site, and the tile was not washed at all. He also initially promised 48 months guarantee, but then took it back saying it was a mistake. He painted the pool a day before heavy rain, refused to cover the pool with the cover that we provided, promised to set up a pump to pump out rain water, did not do that, and I woke up to 8 inches of rain water in the freshly painted pool and had to pump it out myself while being rained on. Lastly, he took the deposit for pool light repair, but then refused to do the job or even give us a lightbulb that he said he ordered. He refused to give money back saying that he was robbed. So, we are in the small claims lawsuit now. While filing the claim it also turned out that Gunner Pools business entity is no longer active. Please refrain from hiring Todd DelCastillo or Gunner Pools.

Just be sure to read and understand the contract before signing. We didn't, and that's on us. The contract stated 2 to 4 week completion for our fence. In our case, Northland came out on Dec 10th and removed our old fencing, set some of the new posts, then left by noon. They returned on Dec 26th to finish the remaining posts. They returned on Jan 6th and installed the fence. All of the crews were polite and respectful. Our project was completed 3 weeks and 6 days after they began. Our problem was that our dog couldn't use the yard and the deer - the reason that we needed the fence - invaded and ate our new $$$ landscaping. There's a reason that a competitor advertises that they use the same crew for the entire process, and get it done in a day or two. If we could go back, we'd have made a different choice.
