Absolute garbage products and terrible customer service. I've had nothing but issues with their tires rotting and constantly leaking. They completely take advantage of women, too. When my wife called the first time her tires went flat they tried to blame the snow and the rain. When I dropped the car off the second time they charged her 42 dollars to repair their own tire. I checked the tire before she came. They claimed she picked up a screw and when I asked "what kind of screw and where is it" they produced nothing. I would advise women to stay away and everyone check their work. read more

They first tried to sell me 6 year old tires, and after I declined we settled on 3 Firestone tires to match a new tire I recently purchased after picking up a nail. They assured me they could get them from Firestone no problem and they would be mounted on my car by the time I returned at 3:30. I called to check in around 2pm and they told me the tires should be there any moment and my car would be next. They told me I would have to return another day for an alignment. I arrived at 3:30 expecting my vehicle to be ready or at the very least being worked on. I came back to discover the car had been moved from one spot to another but the tires hadn't even arrived yet. I took my car and left. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

We trusted their judgment and decided to try the business out. We dealt with Ricardo for our two used tires and couldn't have been happier! We loved his friendly disposition and eagerness to make sure the tires were exactly what we wanted [similar to other's experiences]. Needed a used tire went to plan b tire got the used tire but was charged 80$ first I stopped at Best Buy tire in Brookfield they didn't have my size but said it would have been 40$ if they would have charged me fairly I would have returned to purchase 4 new when it is time will not be returning read more

They didn't put a center cap for my aftermarket wheels back on after getting two tires installed on my car , called back on Tuesday ( was in Saturday before they closed and Monday was Memorial Day) and was told it was loose , so he had his worker leave it in my car and if it wasn't there he put it on and it fell off during driving . which it physically can't because it goes on from behind the wheel and is held in by the hub/brake set up also , never called me back and when I called back again they had no idea where it was or what I was talking about and offered no compensation for loosing it read more

Do NOT come here. They have no quality control for their work and are reckless with your wheels to the point where there is A LOT of damage on there. They act like they are going to give you a good deal but instead you are left with tires that are not mounted properly causing you to get a flat, and when confronted about it they refuse to replace it!! Go to a more reputable shop like J and J or Monro Auto Service. read more

I'm begging you, please stay as far away from this place as possible for your own sake. I took my car there to get 3/4 new tires. I drove my car home only then to see the amount of damages done to the three wheels that got new tires. I was in shock with how bad they messed up the wheels, so was my family and multiple reputable car shops around New Milford. I took it back the next day and told them they had to refinish all three wheels, which they agreed to do after seeing how bad they messed up my wheels. They refused to do the fourth and the "manager" working the front desk said "I don't want to feel like I'm being milked here" Got the car back two days later, had to drive my moms car around cause they refused to offer a rental. To top it all off my tire pressure light came on my drive home, I checked the tire pressure in each wheel only to see one of them was on 3psi when they're supposed to be at 38psi. Now that same tire will not hold any air. Honestly kind of funny at how negligent they are with their customers vehicles. It was my fault even going back to them to refinish my wheels cause I'm 100% sure they pampered with my car out of spite, I should have just taken them to the court room. Never again will I go here and I advise you don't either. They're called "Plan B tires" for a reason. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Went here to cut cost on tires for my son's car--needed good tires but wanted to get them a little cheaper given the fact that he is still under the new driver umbrella and this place was excellent. Great Goodrich tire 255/60/16 that i was able to get at 85%, in mint condition--great treads. 4 tires, installed and aligned and out the door for $308.00. This tire retails for about $130! Tire Tech was professional, fast and very accommodating. Great place to consult with--they have multiple locations so if you do not mind driving, call places to see if they have a tire that fits your needs...if they don't, then try another location. They get tires from previously driven cars that were either in accidents or lemons! They also sell new tires. I recommend this place to everyone! read more
