They've always turned out consistently great, but I didn't fully realize until this event what an interpretive, creative artist he is. For an event I hosted at a dive bar, I sent Edmond a number of inspiration images and explained the mood I wanted. He understood the creative brief immediately and translated it into something completely his own. He created these huge, dramatic, sculptural arrangements that felt totally in context to the space and set the tone for the entire night. I've included photos from his shop, in front of the display area, and at the venue so you can see how spectacular and also totally normal the arrangements looked . It was such a pleasure to see someone I already trusted for beautiful florals reveal this whole other level of artistry. I'll absolutely keep finding reasons to order flowers from Edmond and support his wonderful local business. Thanks Edmond!!!!!!!!

1/5 stars -- Completely different arrangement and disappointing customer service…read more I paid $285.10 total expecting the elegant, soft-toned Premium arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered looked substantially different and was dominated by 10 bright pink tulips, completely changing the overall color balance and aesthetic of the design I selected. When I contacted the florist, Neli explained that tulips were present in the back of the original design. A few tulip buds are barely visible in the background of the website photo, but they are clearly not a dominant feature. In the delivered arrangement, they became one of the main visual elements. Instead of addressing the design mismatch, I received an itemized explanation of how expensive the flowers were and was told they "cannot afford to refund orders." Their own substitution policy says the style and theme will be preserved. In my experience, they were not. I'm attaching the website photo and the delivered arrangement so customers can judge for themselves. If you expect the arrangement you choose online to reasonably resemble what is delivered, I would look elsewhere. , , Update in response to the owner's reply: Neli, your reply completely misses the point. I didn't pay $285 for a hidden "treasure hunt" of expensive flowers buried under a wall of heavy, fully opened pink tulips that completely changed the design and color palette. If a same-day order requires such a significant change to the overall aesthetic of the arrangement, a professional florist should contact the customer first and ask for approval rather than simply making the substitution. And yes, your suggestion that I explore other florists is one piece of advice I will definitely follow. Future customers can decide for themselves whether this level of substitution and customer service is acceptable to them.

The bouquet almost looks fake because it's that pretty. The only thing I forgot to mention was the ribbon color I wanted, my fault, which I switched out at home for pink. I sent Aili some photos of flower arrangements that I liked, answered some questions about flowers and colors that I preferred. From then on, I didn't have much communication with Aili Ice Designs until the week or two before the wedding to settle the final bills. There was a staff member I talked to named Becky, who was very helpful in answering questions about the quote, order status and payments. On the day of my wedding Aili personally showed up to the venue to deliver the flowers. They turned out absolutely beautiful! I ordered bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, table centerpieces and cake flowers (my bridesmaid arranged them on the cake). Aili also provided some loose pedals for the flower girl free of charge. I did have to pay extra for a toss bouquet. The flower arrangements were clearly of high quality and uniquely designed. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous, very full - I could not have been happier with the results. I have never been to her store, but after seeing her wedding flowers, I would consider purchasing her arrangements for other occasions in the future. I would highly recommend Aili Ice Designs for any event that requires flowers.

I am grateful that they were able to work with my timeline and budget. I gave little direction because I trusted them to make beautiful works of art, and I wanted to be surprised. What I have noticed from their work are the fun little details they incorporate into arrangements, like pops of yellow or gorgeous green leaves lining the vase. As you can see from the pictures below, the work is stunning. I was beyond thrilled with the results. Becky incorporated gardenia flowers specifically to evoke a scent memory for me. She also included the thistle, which is a meaningful flower in my family and added visual and textural pop. All the floral designs added such a gorgeous dimension to our celebration. We got married in a garden, so to have these flowers stand out the way they did is saying something. Becky and Aili chose colors that truly popped against the greenery at our venue. I have seen work from Aili Ice Designs before, and what stands out are the small pops of detail and the color story told through the blooms and arrangements. The proportions and shaping of the arrangements are also exquisitely done. You can see a respect for the flowers and other materials. I would 100% recommend Aili Ice Designs for floral needs large and small. They put so much care and passion into their work. I am so grateful to them for making our day that much more special.
