At the beginning he puts on this good guy face and makes you feel comfortable in trusting him but then towards the end of the transaction he starts to show his true colors. He truly cannot be trusted. He and his buddies Don at REST EZ home inspection and Dave Gauden at Gauden Exterminating all lied on reports to sell the home. They covered up damage. When we called our realtor Dave for help he pretty much had washed his hands. He didn't offer any help. He told us to call Don when Dave was the one that set up these inspections. We trusted Dave at PMZ. What a huge mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eventually all of you will get caught for all the scandalous moves you make. I'll be sure to help that happen.

My parents were tenants of 12 years, And were given and illegal eviction, Ignored letters and communication regarding the deposit and exit plan, and when I stepped in to advocate for them.Dawn Sadlowski was an absolute disaster with communication, yelling, shouting at the top of her lungs. The experience was counter productive and unfortunate. In short there was habitability issues, Bug infestation, leaks, mold, management neglect, and unfair treatment. We now have private attorneys handling the matter. They later on tried to give my parents their deposit, No Thanks! Let the lawyers do thier thing! I would encourage anyone to look other places, There is some reputable and good management companies out there, ready to help people with integrity.​

January update: They have still not corrected the late fee problem as promised and seem to be just…read moreignoring it. In fact, instead of reversing the fee as promised, they just keep adding "interest" charges. On a more important point you should know that in the 6 months since this company took over management of this complex, exactly 20% of the tenants have moved out! That is a staggering percentage! Even more important is that those 20% were LONG TERM TENANTS that were here over 8 years!
