The initial consultation and final measurement with Eric, was very professional and Eric went over everything that had to be done. Eric is not a salesman, he has been in this profession for years, and is the owner. It was refreshing to have someone who actually knows what the job entails and not just a salesman was refreshing. The price of the materials and installation was very competitive. The doors and windows came in earlier than expected and installation was scheduled. Chris, Mike, Aaron, Dave and Walt were here for about 5 1/2 hours. They all were experienced, professional and completed a some what difficult project. My house was built in the late 50's so everything is not standard-sizing, etc., they did have to work through several issues. Everything passed inspection. There are some scratches, marks in the glass of the kitchen window and glass panel on the back door. Oscar came and noted everything and the glass panels are in the works to be replaced. This is nothing that the company damaged, just defaults in the glass. The consultation to final measurement to installation to setting up the inspection were all stress free. I could not say one bad thing about this company. I would highly recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors.

As with the many other reviews, I had a VERY positive experience with Beacon Windows…read more Steve (old schooler with experience) and Lizette (owners) came out, and were very knowledgeable. My 4 panel sliding glass doors had a challenging impingement issue from the sagging concrete flooring above my lanai. They had addressed the same issue in another building in my complex; that customer of theirs is where I received the recommend. My job was a difficult and challenging, but they did a FANTASTIC job, and they did a lot of work to bring it back in full functionality, in a way that would LAST. Double aluminum headers were placed, structural aluminum throughout. The windows refurbished with new glass. Then stuccoing, cleanup, and more. The crew was wonderful, worked hard, and I was very happy with their work. (This means something, because I am very picky about what is good work and not so good). I would highly recommend them to others, especially if you have an impingement problem. I am sure the work THEY do, is far above their most of their competitors. They did what they said they would do, did a great job, AND where VERY considerate of keeping costs down. (IMO, a combination that is not so common now a days) One of the most important things about Beacon, is they are very committed to keeping up their reputation, and doing a good job for their customers. Highly recommend! :)

After hurricane damage, we began considering an exterior update for our Redington Beach, FL home…read more We'd talked about it for a while, and after seeing Alpine Exteriors' impressive projects around Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg, we finally decided to reach out. After dealing with high quotes and poor follow-up from other companies, it was refreshing to find a team that was responsive, professional, and made the process stress-free from the very first meeting. Veto was especially accommodating with scheduling and product selections, which made everything even easier. Our old siding had definitely seen better days, and I knew I wanted Hardie siding for its durability and warranty. Learning that Alpine had just won a Hardie Award gave us extra peace of mind. We ultimately chose pre-painted James Hardie lap siding in Iron Gray with crisp Arctic White trim--a combination that completely transformed the house. Neighbors constantly compliment the new look, calling it sharp and coastal. In addition to the siding, Alpine upgraded all our windows to dark brown aluminum PGT impact windows, replaced the soffits with pre-painted white aluminum, and installed two new French doors in the back along with a new storm-resistant front entry door. Having one trusted contractor handle everything--rather than juggling multiple companies--was a huge benefit. The results exceeded our expectations. The Iron Gray siding paired with the bright white trim created a timeless coastal style that fits our Redington Beach neighborhood perfectly. Alpine even handled interior updates like drywall repairs, baseboards, trim, and painting, ensuring the whole project felt seamless. Communication was great, scheduling was efficient, and Veto happily addressed any questions I had. As a James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor--featured directly on the Hardie website--and the winner of the 2025 James Hardie National Project of the Year award, Alpine Exteriors delivered on every promise. Their certifications with PGT and CWS windows also gave us confidence in the quality of the products installed. If you're in the Tampa Bay or Redington Beach area and need siding, roofing, or exterior remodeling, we wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Exteriors. They truly went above and beyond.

Installers came and fixed the problem like 2 weeks later. We were re scheduled for that due to truck breaking down. Ok, now inspector returned and everything passed. It is now December 5th and New South is scheduled to come out to finish up moldings and put in plugs covers over screws. Date was changed because installer was in an accident. Now set for December 19th. We'll see how that goes. This is our 2nd time using New South. Did install when we lived in South Florida. Never incurred such a long delay. It was a smooth process. This has been dragging on for 4 months now. Unacceptable!! They didn't hesitate to get our money, but to finish up doesn't seem to be a priority now. Also they need to replace 2 damaged window screens and a sliding door screen that installer damaged. I'm very disappointed overall. Only positive is the windows are nice. Even salesman hasn't been very helpful. He stated if you have any questions or problems don't hesitate to call him. Well, we did and there was nothing he could do. To recommend this company, I doubt it.

We had all of our windows replaced last August and we are still waiting for them to correctly Finish the job. Last August they delivered the wrong window configuration for the front of the house and since then they've made six return trips to "correct" the problem. The problem is, each time they come back the new window is wrong. They've had our $18,000 since last August, They've obviously cashed the check. And we still have the wrong window. The follow up is a bunch of lame excuses and "oh we're sorry". Even after filing a complaint with the BBB, they still can't get it right.
