If Crumbl offers this cookie again in the future, I definitely will be back for more. The Chocolate Cheesecake, Lemon Cake, and Snickers Peanut Butter cookies also were good. The Milk Chocolate Chip cookie was great on the inside but hard and dried out on the outside. The Confetti Cake cookie was very average at best and just underwhelming. The Raspberry Butter Cake cookie was awful; tasted bitter and just very artificial. Service is hit or miss as some employees are welcoming and others are just the opposite. The ambiance also is hit or miss as the store is sometimes clean looking and appealing, and other times messy and just dirty looking. As everyone knows, the prices are extremely high, but the product is usually good to excellent.

No one reached out asking if we still needed the cake and there was no response around the photos I sent in. I was told it was my responsibility to follow and know their processes. No apology and no plan with Christmas weekend and a 6 year old birthday party that we thought had the cake booked for a month in advance.
