If Crumbl offers this cookie again in the future, I definitely will be back for more. The Chocolate Cheesecake, Lemon Cake, and Snickers Peanut Butter cookies also were good. The Milk Chocolate Chip cookie was great on the inside but hard and dried out on the outside. The Confetti Cake cookie was very average at best and just underwhelming. The Raspberry Butter Cake cookie was awful; tasted bitter and just very artificial. Service is hit or miss as some employees are welcoming and others are just the opposite. The ambiance also is hit or miss as the store is sometimes clean looking and appealing, and other times messy and just dirty looking. As everyone knows, the prices are extremely high, but the product is usually good to excellent.

We brought a half dozen and 1 mini cheesecake. We tried 3 of the six: caramel; strawberry; and banana pudding. Of those three the banana pudding was the best. I liked the strawberry for the cake texture. The caramel was entirely too sweet and the cake itself wasn't good. We are flying back to California with a chocolate banana and pecan praline cupcake in my carry on. Lol

Photos were sent om 12/14 with a message and no response. Husband dropped in on 12/24 to follow up for the to say it was never booked. After speaking with an unapologetic owner, she stated there was no deposit so they cancelled the order. No communication on requirement of a deposit when booking but that's besides the point. No one reached out asking if we still needed the cake and there was no response around the photos I sent in. I was told it was my responsibility to follow and know their processes. No apology and no plan with Christmas weekend and a 6 year old birthday party that we thought had the cake booked for a month in advance. I think I would have tried to pick up my cake by 11am on 12/27 like instructed with no one there because they happen to be closed that weekend now. I will never do business here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about this absolute disaster of a place.
