After speaking with an unapologetic owner, she stated there was no deposit so they cancelled the order. No communication on requirement of a deposit when booking but that's besides the point. No one reached out asking if we still needed the cake and there was no response around the photos I sent in. I was told it was my responsibility to follow and know their processes. No apology and no plan with Christmas weekend and a 6 year old birthday party that we thought had the cake booked for a month in advance. I think I would have tried to pick up my cake by 11am on 12/27 like instructed with no one there because they happen to be closed that weekend now. I will never do business here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know about this absolute disaster of a place.
