I was told it was ready before I left to pick it up. Pizza was cold when I got it home. Third time only one of my two pizzas were made. Had to wait for the other to be made and when I got home the first one that was made was cold. They were having problems with the order system, landing pizzas and boxing according to order, and making pizzas. This was all causes primarily from the order process they use. They also had problems walking as the floor is covered in corn meal making it slippery. When you are thinking about not falling you are not thinking about your task at hand. I have worked in 4 different pizza restaurants in the US and have never seen such a paralyzed work environment all the way from the ordering process to the unsafe floors. Get some rubber mats with holes at the rolling station to keep the corn meal there. Pros: pizza tastes good. Fair price. Cons: cold pizza. Poor ordering process. Unsafe work environment.
