Well, some stayers have frequented this place the last 20years. A relationship that has lasted longer than their marriage, probably. You go here if you like to show that you like rock and if you don't care about showing nothing at all. The latter are not the hipsters ;) It used to be packed, but the hip factor has cooled off. Good! The interior is not. Which is part of the whole atmosphere. And the pictures- epic shots of old rock heroes, make many of us nostalgic and remembering when we were in our 20s. Oh well. As well as doing a great array of craft beer this place is also a sort of restaurant that seems to do a lot of fish. The decor inside was like it was designed a bit like the inside of a ship which probably explains the fish connection. When we walked in the smell of Fish and chips was great (in my non allergic opinion) it it was though, bloody strong. Anyways we were just there for the craft beer and we were not disappointed. There was loads of Taps (10 plus) and load of bottles to. We had some great beers including an amazingly named "winter in Bangalore" IPA. The array of beers was top notch, the price as per the norm in Oslo was bonkers, but in general we had a great afternoon. The barmaid even let me charge my phone behind the bar, sadly though she would not change the awful music which loses it the 1 star. On on craft beer hunt? Check this place out. It reminds of a British pub with dark wood and flowerish wallpaper. Check the random pictures on the wall! They serve Indian food that I will try very soon. I could give 5 stars but only wish was more beer on tap. They have more than 30 decent bottles of beer and a great Irish coffee according to my dear parents.
