I went in to order a medium pizza and the gentleman behind the counter said I could get a large for the same price as a medium along with a 2L pop, The pizza was excellent and I appreciate his suggestion for the special . Very good pizza, good supply of toppings, fresh, not greasy and the cheese tastes real and not full of fillers. I also like that they use their own delivery driver as I'm not a fan of services like Door dash. They delivered from Sackville to Bedford for about $5 and it was pretty fast. Driver practicing social distancing and wearing gloves. Tap payment at the door and they also take Etransfer from your bank account. read more

Pizzatown Sackville: Called ahead ordered my pizza on the way home (Meatzza Pizza) upon arriving home I discovered my Pizza was a (PT Supreme Pizza). I called to explain the obvious mix up, the handled the situation immediately and without hesitation, baked up a new pie and delivered it record time to my doorstep. Exceptional customer service!! I have ordered several times and have always been happy with the food and the service - always pick up at the Sackville location on my way home. So I have ordered pizza from this place three times now. The first time everything was great. Good pizza, great crust, online ordering which is hard to come by for the local Sackville pizza places. The second time, they forgot my sauces with the order. Okay, stuff happens, was just a cup of pizza sauce and not really that big a deal; and the food itself was still really good. Well today I placed an order online at 11:50am, figuring I would have my food by 12:30ish and could enjoy my lunch. Well by the time 1:15pm rolled around I figured I had better give them a call. The person answering the phone informed me that they just didn't see the order slip, and apologized profusely. They then informed me that they actually don't have a delivery driver today, and he's so sorry but he would have called me and let me know that an hour and a half ago if he had seen the slip. But I am welcome to come pick up my order if I like, or he can call me when they get a driver and make my order then. Like, no, absolutely not. I don't have a problem with you not having a driver available, but I have a big one when you don't check your slips and inform people you can't deliver their food. Should have had someone run it out to me regardless, they would have been an acceptable apology. Organizational skills are important, won't be ordering from here again. Edit: I thought I would edit my review to reflect the fact that the owner did make contact with me regarding this incident. He was extremely polite, and very obviously took the incident seriously, and took the time to investigate what happened, and what went wrong on their end. In my book, this says he is genuinely interested in preventing it from happening again. I'm raising my rating a bit to reflect this, as the food is quite good, and I only gave such poor marks due to the service. They showed true commitment to bettering that, and I think that deserves another chance. read more

I have ordered from pizza town sackville on several different occasions. Every time I am always happy with my order and the service. The owner is always willing to help me carry any large orders to my car. I'm only giving a 4 star because some cooks do a better job than others. This place my not be perfection but it is my favorite pizza spot in sackville. read more

Best pizza I've ever had. We ordered two 'BBQ chicken' medium pizzas for pickup. The franchise owner put them in our vehicle w/o coming within 6-ft. Upon arrival at home the pizzas were still hot and delicious, with large chunks of chicken, peppers and tomatoes. Excellent !!!!!!! read more

We ordered a large Hawaiian and mozzarella sticks for delivery. It took almost two hours before we got it and the food was warm at best. Mozza sticks were fried on the outside but the cheese itself seems like it was never even cooked. Granted, part of the long wait time was due to the fact that we are at a hotel by the airport, however it's only a 15 minute drive from the restaurant. Poor recommendation from the hotel staff. Poorly handled by restaurant staff too - called them an hour after the order was placed and was told that it was just coming out of the oven and would be on its way. The guy on the phone said sorry that it was taking so long but "at least the pizza will be fresh". Flash forward 45 minutes later, still no delivery, so I called again and was told that the delivery guy would be here any minute. Another 10 minutes went by before the food was at our door. Delivery guy said that he waited 35 minutes for hotel staff to let him up the elevator. I know a lie when I hear it, they had my number to call us - we were starving, he could've called us. Anyway, I'm sure the food would've tasted fine if it were hot and fresh, but that was absolutely not the case. Thought id try this place out after reading all the reviews. Slow service mind you it did seem busy. Food was not the best ordered a donair and nachos. The donair meat was dry as a bone and they gave 3 donair sauces instead of salsa and sour cream for the nachos. The nachos had about 1lb of cheese over a bed of nachos. Here's the thing... Pizzatown has good pizza (good isn't great, but it's good). My daughters prefer it over any other spot locally. And before I even get into it, I will acknowledge that I never took the time to write a review all the times I had a 'good' experience. Today: Pizza arrived after one hour and twenty minutes. Yelp says it's a '5 minute drive' to my house... that's unacceptable. At 70 minutes (roughly 35 might late), I called to ask about status and was greeted with indifference (after all, how dare I inquire about the meal I was trying to serve my family?). Food arrived. My un-breaded wings were breaded. My donair was cold. And the garlic fingers we ordered were very cold and there was NO DONAIR SAUCE. This is no trivial mistake. If you've ever had garlic fingers you know they're not the same without donair sauce. It's as bad as Pizza with no sauce. Spaghetti with no sauce. Beatles, no John Lennon. $40. Bad service. Cold and incorrect food. And no John Lennon for my garlic fingers. Shame on Pizzatown. read more

I honestly just placed an order with this Pizza Town location this evening. To put it shortly, I ordered a few appetizers, and maybe 5 cups of sauces to go with them. My delivery took 2 hours, because the driver had told me that he was provided with the wrong contact information, even though I gave them the right contact information. All of my food was cold, and looked like it had been sitting in grease for a day. To top it off, I only received one of the sauces, and they made me pay full price to receive my food. I understand what it is like to work in the food service industry, but when I called to discuss with the staff what happened, the option of a full refund wasn't even on a the table. If you want fast delivery and good food, do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else that delivers to your home. read more

Wow, thank goodness the franchiser realized what they were doing when they moved Pizzatown Sackville to Cobequid Rd. First off, I have to say the owners and staff are all so friendly and amazing. They quickly accommodate ANY special requests! The food is fresh, hot, great ingredients and not over priced. They have wicked specials ALL the time and you really have to check them out on Facebook because that's where you get the most up to date specials. I will say, I've been picky with my pizza's. I LOVE pizza, I HATE too much sauce and I can't stand when the pizza is too greasy, soggy or burnt. I miss the dough ball in the middle, don't you? Anyway, everything I've eaten there is great! I did find lately though they've started putting the cheese on the bottom of the donairs, which is foolish as far as I'm concerned. Also, their donairs seem to be getting a teency bit smaller...
