I only came across this place because their next door neighbor (chicken place) was too crowded. Super glad to have gone with them instead. They're a hole in the wall but don't underestimate them! Give them a try, their pizza is SO worth it and affordable! I paid approximately $13 for their large one. I guarantee you that their pizza is much better than the competitors we normally give our money too. Definitely will be my go- to pizza joint whenever I have pizza cravings read more

So during the beginning pandemic I didn't go out to eat at all and basically only ordered in. I have never seen nor been into this place but I did eat them pretty often via door dash. Let me just say, amazing. It was better than my husband and I were expecting. My absolute favorite pizza is their white pizza. They also have great wings. My husband loves their meat lover pizza and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for your next pizza craving it's mom and pop shop style and it's a great way to support your local businesses instead of a pizza chain! read more

No Thanks. We were on a film shoot and I wanted to find a great place for my cast and crew's lunch so since Pizzasauraus Rex was "trending", I decided to give them a try. Pro's: The price to feed 15 cast and crew members was very affordable. Delivery was decent as far as timing goes. Pizza size was great. CON: A MAJOR con for me to NEVER order from here again: HAIR ON THE PIZZA. Absolutely unacceptable. There was a long blonde hair on one of the pizzas. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I really wanted this place to be a great place for me to order from frequently since we film in this area often. Hair in the food is a no for me. I've been ordering from this place for 10+ years, and within that time there were a few times I allowed a few years to pass without ordering from here. But every time I've broken those gaps and ordered they still served the same quality, so the consistency is definitely there! And I find that to be really important. They have the best prices for a pizza joint in the valley, which is surprising because of how good their food is. I always create my own pizza choosing different toppings each time typically with white sauce, and with a side of Buffalo Wings. The different toppings I've had are always good and the wings are always good too. The only "critique" I would give is I wish they served their wings in a container vs those insulated bags you usually get bread in. It's such a minor detail and some people might not mind that, so either way I still give them a 10/10! Oh, and whether delivery (I believe they deliver their own pizza even if you go through an app) or pick up, the service is always great! Throughout the years everyone has been kind and polite. read more

We have been trying to support local businesses rather than the chain restaurants/pizza places. Pizzasaurus Rex was next on our list and unfortunately will be our last time ordering here. The pizza was average - doesn't seem they use fresh garlic like other reviewers have mentioned - seems to be an over dose of garlic salt to possibly overcompensate for something. Again, taste wasn't terrible but nothing that justifies a repeat visit plus our tummies were super angry that evening. read more

I owe Pizzasaurus Rex another review-- over the years of attending CSUN and wanting a quick, affordable yet delicious pie, PR has always been there! The quality and value have not gone down and i adore the consistency of the food and service. The owner is a sweet heart, and takes care of his customers. This isn't a dine-in pizza place. Order your pie for pick up or delivery and enjoy! What i really love is the crust! While I don't usually fall for a thick crust, PR somehow maintains a crisp crust which makes the unsauced and untopped portion of the pizza so much more enjoyable! They also use high quality ingredients and you can actually taste the freshness. They still do the $6 1-topping pizza Monday-Thursday for carry-out! It doesn't get better than that! There's absolutely no reason you haven't tried this if you're in Northridge. It's a local favorite that deserves your attention! read more

I recently tried Dinosaur Pizza and I have to say, it's easily one of the best pizza places I've ever had the pleasure of ordering from. The pizza is simply amazing - the crust is crispy and chewy in all the right places, the sauce is flavorful and not too overpowering, and the toppings are fresh and abundant. What really sets Dinosaur Pizza apart, though, is their creativity. Their menu features a variety of unique and delicious pizza options, including the Triceratops (with bacon, chicken, and BBQ sauce) and the Velociraptor (with spicy Italian sausage and jalapeños). Each pizza I've tried has been a delightful surprise. And let's not forget about the service. The staff at Dinosaur Pizza are always friendly and accommodating, whether I'm ordering delivery or picking up in person. They're quick to answer any questions I have about the menu and make helpful recommendations based on my taste preferences. Overall, I would highly recommend Dinosaur Pizza to anyone looking for top-notch pizza with a unique twist. It's a true gem in the world of pizza, and I can't wait to order from them again soon! read more

Pizzasaurus Rex is hands down one of our favorite local spots! The pizzas here are absolutely phenomenal--each bite is packed with exceptional flavor, and it's honestly some of the best pizza I've had. Every time we have friends over, the first question is always, "When are we ordering from Pizzasaurus Rex again?" It's that good. The toppings are always fresh, and the crust is perfectly crispy yet soft on the inside. Whether it's a classic or one of their specialty pies, the flavor combinations are always spot on. Plus, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. If you're in the area and looking for great pizza, Pizzasaurus Rex is a must-try. It's a gem that we're always excited to visit! Highly recommend! read more

The pizza at Pizzasaurus Rex is truly exceptional, making it a hidden gem in the Northridge Valley. Their seven-dollar medium pizza special with one topping is a fantastic deal. I'm genuinely grateful I didn't discover this place during my college years in 2001; I might have ended up much bigger due to the irresistibly good food and quality. The service, provided warmly by the owners, adds to the overall positive experience. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tricky since it's in a popular strip mall. read more

If you are looking for a pick-up or delivery pizza joint, you can't go wrong with Pizzasaurus Rex. They primarily serve the CSUN, Northridge, Granada Hills area. Their pizza's are darn good and very reasonably priced. Good, inexpensive pizza. Take-out & delivery only. No dine-in. Pizzasaurus is a WAAAAY better option over calling up Domiblow's. Better pizza, made fresh, friendly staff. Only 3 stars because they aren't Numero Uno Granda Hills. read more

I tried the large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and jalapeños, and it was fantastic! The crust had a perfect balance of crispy and chewy, while the pepperoni was crispy around the edges and generous in every bite. The pepperoni was very crispy, and the jalapeños added a nice kick without overpowering the flavors. Overall, a delicious combination that hits the spot for anyone craving a flavorful pizza. Highly recommend! read more

Pizzasaurus Rex serves up some seriously tasty slices that will make any pizza lover drool! The crust is perfectly crispy, and the sauce has that zesty kick everyone craves. Their range of toppings is impressive, making it easy to please any crowd. The vibe is fun and casual, but service can be a tad slow during peak hours. Overall, it's a solid spot for a pizza night! Pizzasaurus Rex is seriously fun and seriously good. The pizza has that perfect chewy-crispy crust, and the toppings are super creative without trying too hard--definitely not your average slice. The vibe is laid-back and a little quirky, which just makes the whole experience better. It's the kind of place you end up craving after you've been once. A must-try for any pizza lover. read more
