The pizza was ok. Customer service was unfortunately not. I ordered online and paid with my credit card, when the delivery man arrived he informed me that because of an error on the website it was gonna be an extra $1.75. This extra charge was for a "extra topping", when i asked what extra topping, he told me the website had their special listed as a large 3 topping pizza but it was suppose to say 2 topping. Then they charged my card.... A mistake that was their fault, and since it was only $1.75 I feel they should have let it go. But instead they hassled me for the money. The pizza was definitely not worth the headache caused by $1.75. I'll stick with Gino's pizza. read more

Great place for a quick lunch/dinner I work right across the street. The staff is very friendly and polite, I get the cheesy bread with pizza toppings on top, in my opinion their cheesy bread is the best in town, then add your own toppings to make it what you want. Which is a great value as well if you want something on the light side as well as filling. Worth the 5.99 for sure. Check it out for your self. read more

I always have a slice of PizzAroma's pizza at the street fair every year, but I decided to treat myself and order a full pizza and cheesy breadsticks. I noticed on the online order form that my house was just outside their delivery zone (even though it's the same city and Maumee is not big?) - about seven streets, so I sucked up my disdain for talking on the phone and gave them a call and lucky they said they'd deliver to me! I was really thankful. I gave a nice tip. And the BBQ chicken pizza was just as heavenly as I remembered. The cheesy bread is delicious, too. And I normally fulfill my pizza needs at Papa's, but it's nice to shop local for a change. read more

For me you gotta know what a place is going for. This place is delivery/take out pizza. Comparing it to Village idiot is like comparing McDonald's to Burger Bar IMHO. I made a yelp account just to give this place a review. I was happy to see it was the size of a small diner. Only can seat 12 people. The staff were very helpful and polite. The pie I got was by far some of the best pie I've ever had. The best part of this place is Grace who I'm assuming is the owner. She was super nice and sweet. She gained a loyal customer. PizzAroma is one of the best individually owned places in town. The staff is extremely friendly and accurate. Vinnie, Dom and Austin are usually the guys that take care of me. They exercise great customer service. On top of that, the family that owns it, is hands down aces. I've gotten to know them from coming in every now and then, and they never let me down. We won't be patronizing this restaurant again. I purchased a online deal through Diggit.com - paid $10 and received a voucher for $20. Today we used Pizza Roma's online menu to select our items and place our order. After showing up to pick up our order, we were told that everything we ordered had to be charged at "full price" in order to accept the voucher. The prices we went by were on the MENU...not some coupon special...so basically they added 50% to the price but they refused to explain where that came from. The fine print on the voucher reads "Not valid when combined with any other offers" What offer...again this jacked up the price from their online MENU. The server was incredibly rude and clearly didn't care if we like it or not. That's fine...we DON'T like it and as a result we won't be back and will tell others about their bait-and-switch business practices! read more

My work orders Pizza Roma atleast once a week. There pizza is pretty good but my favorite is their cheesy bread and cinnamon bread. I do have to say though there pizza isn't very good the day after while some places do make pizza that still tastes good a day or too after just a quick zap in the microwave. read more
