It was so colorful because all the shops and cafes were painted different colors. Our favorite place in Kinsale was the Milk Market Cafe. We enjoyed their outdoor seating on a pedestrian street. Another traveler in our group recommended the Apple Cake. It was divine! The apple slices were cut very thin and it was topped with delightful crunchies. The crust was light and soft. The apple cake was like a wonderful tart and was served warm with a scoop of home-made vanilla ice cream...oh my! It was SO good! Eating it on the outdoor seating, on a perfect 70 degree sunny day, was equally delightful. We got the Full Circle IPA, Devil's Helles Lager, and Casey Brothers Extra Stout. A worker also gave us a free taster of the Spailpin Saison! At a separate time, we had also tried the Golden Spear Blonde Ale. All the beers were good! The flight came with a paper that described the flavors, hops included, and information on the beer. The merchandise section was low on stock so they recommended going to the brewery/distillery for anything you wanted to buy.
