A definite must if you love and are particular to your craft beer and pizza!! Everything here is amazing and most especially the service!! This place does it right and DO NOT disappoint!! The raver style pizza compliments their beers perfectly and so conveniently Jaír outside of city center! We've yet to visit their new location just outside of the city limits that, aside from distilling, brews their more popular beers most currently the Full Circle IPA and Blonde ale.. I tried everything on the menu and amazing!! One of irelands little gems in Killarney!! Pro Tip, Spailpin Saison, Full Circle IPA, and Rutting Red Irish Ales are award winning musts here in Ireland!

We loved our dinner at the Killarney Brewing & Distilling Company. It's beautiful inside, the food was delicious and the staff was friendly and so helpful. They have an entire menu that's gluten free and they list all the allergens in each dish, which was so helpful. Our whiskey sours were also delicious with their Killarney whiskey. Can't wait to visit on another trip!

Had a great time here while visiting the Ring of Kerry. The staff was really nice and friendly and the food was excellent.

Another short, succinct review. It's a great brewing company. Although they don't have a wide selection, they do have three that I like. The helles, the blonde, and the Irish red ale. The other three permanent selections are a stout and two IPAs. That's just not my taste folks. They also usually host 2 or 3 seasonals which can be hit or miss, depending on your palate. They have a great outdoor patio, and an awesome upstairs lounge area that looks down upon the peons below. Pints average about 5 Euros. They do offer flights, but you can't choose what you want. They are set by the brewery and they include two IPAs. Price for the flight is 9.50 Euros.

Outstanding beers in a wide variety of styles (Irish, German, Belgian, etc. ). Very well made and tasty. Good pizza too! Small but comfortable tap room. I've been here twice and always a friendly crowd. Opens in mid-afternoon so don't count on it for lunch.

Killarney Brewing Co is a good stop for the family when the kids need some thin crust pizza and mom and dad need some craft beer. That's not to say it's ONLY for the family. It's great for anyone who loves pizza and/ or beer. Inside seating, over looking the brew tanks, are all 'high top' style or at the bar, while just past the bar, out back, is a patio filled with picnic tables. As you approach the patio you can see the wood fire pizza oven in a small kitchen to your right. Oh yes the pizza: it's the only food you will find here. Craft beer and pizza. For those of us who do not drink beer, there is wine and soft drinks. If you ask for water, they'll bring a carafe of chilled tap water and glasses for the table. You may have to ask twice. The menu not only includes a list of custom pizzas, they make 'pairing suggestions' of beer(s) that would go best with each one. Sweet! I would imagine you can 'create your own' (within reason), although that is not spelled out on the menu. The pizza is really quite good. As with all wood fired pizza, it has a nice char to the edges, and the bottom is firm. The ingredients are fresh and the combinations appealing. Some basic (Margherita) others more complex (Mediterranean looks good). It was not only a nice break from heavy Irish food, it was also just good pizza. I can not comment on the beer, but my SO enjoyed all the beers he tried and that's a very good recommendation. The restrooms are out side, off the patio. That's not to say the actual toilet is outside, you just have to go out onto the patio to access the restrooms, which will be on your left. They have a separate handicapped restroom too. During our visit it was in the 40's and I really needed my scarf in there, so bring one if it's cold during your visit. Now that I think of it, many places in Ireland do not heat their restrooms, so just make it a habit, in cold weather, dress warmly for the loo. It seems you can book a brewery tour between March and October, to get 'up close and personal' with the brewing. I suppose you can pop in and ask about that. Or check out their website. Maybe you can book there. We never felt rushed by staff. The food is good. The beer is good. The play list is quite good which is a bonus. We enjoyed our experience at Killarney Brewing company.

We passed this place on the way into town but it wasn't open yet. Since we love trying local beer we decided it would be a great spot for dinner on the way back. When we returned for dinner it wasn't busy yet so we were invited to sit wherever we like. We sat at a hightop table near the entrance that looked onto the street. We asked about a flight as we didn't see one on the menu and were in luck. They have flights but they pick which beer. We sampled all the ones in the flight and then ordered a pint of the two that weren't. We got to try all the ones they had available. So much fun. They have wood fired pizzas for when you get hungry. They cook them outside in the courtyard. It was cool to see. We ordered the Spicy Italian pizza. It was very good. After filling up on pizza and beer we checked out their gift shop. They have t-shirts available to purchase. The service was great and everyone was very nice.

Their helles and stout were amazing and although I hate IPA I could even agree they had a good one.

Hidden away in the popular fishing village this tiny brewery is a great find. You can do a brewery…read moretour, but it is so small I wouldn't bother. Just head upstairs to the nice bar - or sit on the sun trap balcony if the weather is nice and sample the wars. All the house beers are really good, especially the stout, and they even sell a decent range of clothing.

I feel I was ripped off but have nobody but myself to blame. I knew this was a new distillery with…read moreno historical or architectural significance so why did I book a tour for €60? Yes it came with a "premium" tasting but that should be €20 max. The tour, lasting about an hour, was in part a commercial for their distillery/brewery. Why should I pay them to listen to an ad? Admittedly the tour included behind the scenes of the facility with its modern brewing and distilling operations, and explanations of how it all works. All of which I've seen before at other distillery tours. Which makes me wonder, what's the draw of these tours? Once is really enough, unless it's a place with historical significance like Middleton, which I didn't get to visit. I do question some of what I heard though. On seeing the tank where the CO2 is added to the beers, I asked whether this practice was universal; is CO2 always artificially added? The response was an unqualified yes, even when I asked what they did before industrial CO2 was available? Answer: "They drank flat beer." I don't think so. The tour included the usual explanations of the process of making beer and spirits, from the ingredients through fermentation, aging, and bottling. Accompanied by open jars of samples: grains, hops, gin additives. All of which had almost no discernible smell because they were too old, probably never refreshed since they started giving tours. Besides beer and whiskey they also make gin, vodka, and rum. "Make" is stretching it for the vodka though. They don't ferment and distill the grain there. They buy 95% ethanol from a major corporate supplier and redistill it. This and several other facts weren't volunteered. I asked many questions with followups to get answers out of the guide. He may have been getting annoyed with me for forcing him to divulge these secrets. Then it came to the tasting portion of the tour. This included beer drinkers (the other couple) and whiskey drinkers (me; it was a very small group that day). That was a good way to do it because I got to hear the beer descriptions even though I wasn't drinking them. As for the whiskey, I tried 6, 3 from their standard line and 3 from their "premium" line. None were particularly good, and none were aged past 5 years, though the distillery has been in operation since 2015. Here's where it all got even stranger. As the guide was explaining the whiskeys, he told me to start with the glass labeled 4, after he confirmed with an associate by phone. So I did, pretending to agree with his tasting notes. Then 5. Then 6. I commented on its smokiness. That got his attention. He was puzzled, investigated, and consulted with his associate again. Turns out it was wrong! The first three to try were 1, 2, and 3! So he refilled 4, 5, and 6, then poured more into 1 for good measure. So I had a lot of whiskey! I protested slightly, not seriously, and he laughed it off saying I'd be fine on my bike (he knew because he saw me riding up in my rental). Understand I'm not complaining or faulting him in any way for this, just adding the detail. I know how much to drink and I didn't even finish it all. As for the tour's ending, I didn't like how that went. As soon as he finished his explanations of the beers and whiskeys, he thanked us for coming. We were all still finishing up. By the time he basically repeated the same thanks again, it was clear it was time to go. Not the nicest way to end the experience.
