Rather than try and work out the French for salmon and maki and all the other Japanese words to translate, I just ordered the chef's special. Seven plates arrived over the course of about 30 minutes. Some of them quite creative, like the three scallops each cooked in a different method. The salmon maki rolls with cucumber. The starting dish was a really interesting "sushi pizza" that didn't make a whole lot of sense - a fish cake on the bottom, topped with smoked salmon and a huge pile of cucumbers and carrots in a tangy vinegar dressing. It was difficult to eat and not very sushi-ish at all. You will want to make a reservation in advance. This place is usually busy on weekend nights. They do have a couple of tables outside during the warmer times.

No tempura fried vegetables but they have a tempura fried vegetable roll, which was phenomenal! Miso soup was a bit salty for me but each miso soup is different per restaurant. Family really enjoyed many other sushi rolls, and liked the larger fish to rice ratio on the nigiri. Roxanne was very pleasant and kind, she impressed us with knowing English and French. If you go here, GET THE FRIED ICE CREAM. It's different from the Mexican fried ice cream at other places, as instead of chocolate sauce it has real maple syrup! It's a light syrup that the owner makes themselves, with a thick and delicious shell and strawberries as well. Over all a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend to those who love sushi.

We can't see what vegetables are in a vegetables pizza because they are cut to small with no taste. Too many and not good.. Had to through it away after having a slice. If you have tastebuds, and they are functional, you will definitely not enjoy. The worst part is I had the munchies when I ate it, and usually I wouldnt be picky in these circumstances Hahaha. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because yelp wont allow me to give 0. Whoever Boubou is, he/she needs to get slapped asap for lowering pizza standards in the saguenay region.

Then he said I have to order to a different waiter because I am sitting in another area (it was a large party and I was talking to a friend in a different table). I said "OK" and I moved to my table where I proceeded with the order (something different... a salad). The waiter came back saying that he had already put the original order in (the one he said cannot be delivered). I was like... "OK...". When I paid he had added a surplus of 7 $ for mozzarella (?). I said: "Why did you tell me there was no extra charge?". He said "Sorry I did not know" (?). it was a nice person but very unpleasant interaction.

Couple days later I put in an online order for delivery and I needed to change the delivery time a whole day in advance. When I called I recognized her voice and knew it was the same lady. I began asking if she could communicate in English and she said "no bye" and hung up. Not even an attempt to communicate or even a chance for me to try French. Unbelievable. She definitely fits the stereotype of rude French Canadians that hate you if you don't speak French.
