Let me start by saying the customer service isn't quite up to scratch, we've been in twice this week. Once for pizza and another time just popping in for chips. The person who served us can't speak english very well. With the pizza, we requested to have a look at the chocolate cake slice, to see if it's the type with the nice creamy icing or just a cheap slice from frozen. He said something along the lines of What? It's just cake. Slice of cake. We attempted three times to ask to see it to decide whether we wanted it, then simply gave up asking. During the second visit, the man was texting on his phone and although looked up, didn't acknowledge us and went back to his phone.
My Fiancé had a medium meat pizza with ham, chicken and beef. When we got it home, we wondered whether they'd forgotten the toppings, as it was mostly sparse cheese. The biggest bits of meat were barely pinky nail sized.
A large chip portion was diet size. Even if you had asked for 'fries', you would also wonder how on earth they were sliced so thin, they're like onions. Again, after three attempts at asking for them 'extra done', Crispy, and for longer, he said Ohh, longer. I was still given greasy, chewy, undercooked fries.
