I usually get the same pizza and I haven't had an issue with this since I moved here, nor at any other Domino's I've ordered from. That is, until now. The last two times I've ordered from this location, there's been more grease than pizza and the toppings have been sliding off. The first time, I passed it off as a fluke with the manager's assurance that a new guy was working there and made my pizza. Now, the second time, I can't really accept an excuse, especially the one the manager tried to feed me about the crust and toppings working against each other to make the toppings slide off. I failed to mention the fly infestation in the front lobby, no idea what is behind the counter I have been a regular customer of Little Caesars for some time now and have purchased the thin crust exclusively since March 22. In the past, ( which is about once a week) I have been very happy with the quality. Yesterday (08/30/22) I purchase one approximately 5:30 from the Point Pleasant, WV location checking the product (since it was a "Hot and Ready") discovered a section of the crust was cracked and burnt, requested a replacement and was accommodated, but the second pizza was the same. I again complained, the Manager told me she would not replace again stating food cost although she had placed the previous return back in the holding oven for sale. I decided to keep the second pie, it had been a long day and 90% of the product was good but requested the owners phone number. The Manager gained the number by calling her Supervisor, her Supervisor did not request to talk to me which was a surprise. When I got home and inspected the pie I realized the problem, the sauce and cheese was not being spread over the entire crust, a simple problem to correct. There appears to be a training problem at this location !. The Manager should be better trained on how to better handle customer issues 2. Returned product must be discarded due ti public health law. 3. Cooks must be trained on proper preparation of all products. 4. The Supervisor realizing there is an issue at a store should become more proactive by addressing the customer Had this been my first visit it would have been my last.

Less than $12 for a new first run Movie with concessions.....what??? Is this the 80s??? The game room is HUGE!! More like a Dave n Busters than a Chuckie Cheese!!! There is a large eating area Great for birthday parties....Whole Pizza for only $7...we didn't eat the pizza but I loved and noticed the prices for future visits with the grandkids!
