I…read moreappreciated the greetings I received from the staff and the management was attentive without interfering. My favorite part of the meal here was the spicy chicken sandwich. Not only was it hot and fresh it was flavored just right! All the condiments at the condiment station were available in good quantities and the area was kept clean and tidy. The dining room is well lit and the tables were clean. It looked like the floor had been recently mopped. Good news in cold and flu season! The rest room was kept up well and sanitary. It's easy in and out of the parking lot. The markings on the lot pavement are in good shape and are clear and easy to follow. We were able to find the location easily after exiting the expressway due to proper signage and a large sign posted above the restaurant which helped us find it in traffic. Even though it is a fast food restaurant it seemed to me that the staff had taken their time to cook and present the food as best they could. The result? A pleasant dining experience as we made our way across country.

They were cold, soft, and the cheese was not even melted a little and the cheese was cold to the touch. Since we paid $50 for the order, we pulled into a parking space and went inside to see if they'd fix the issue. The manager put her hands on her hips and argued with us, calling us liars, claiming "I toasted that myself!" She refused to offer a solution. Did not offer a refund or a fix. She just stared at us and said, "What do you want me to do about it?" I worked in food service for a decade. When something isn't right, you should offer to fix it, especially if it's something small and the customer is being patient and polite. I know how hard food service is. I know it's soul sucking and frustrating. It's why I'm always extra understanding when dealing with difficult people. However, this manager insulted me to my face, refused me service, and then argued with me. I've never once complained to any corporate anybody in my entire life. But this manager made me. I have never once been treated so poorly before! And I WORKED AT MCDONALDS!
