Super quick and clean, pizza was ready right on time for me to grab between meetings. If you're staying near the convention center, this is a very quick walk. Sam was very helpful and friendly! read more

I absolutely love their pizza in the shop. But do not order. The entire pizza was thin and soggy and inedible, except for the delicious crust. I ate the crust, but am still hungry. I spent around thirty bucks. It's just not fair. read more

Had an awesome experience during my first visit to Pizza Parma Shadyside! The young woman working the counter was friendly and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and showed us pictures of some menu items we had questions on. We ordered the Pepperoni Boat, two gyros as they were BOGO on the day we went, and the Buffalo fries. She said it would be about 10 to 15 minutes, and that was accurate. The food was all excellent! The gyros are a great size, and adding feta to them really elevates the tastes. They are good without the add on though, as we had one with and one without. The Buffalo fries were crispy and great paired with the ranch. The Pepperoni Boat was my personal favorite. It is similar to a pizza but no red sauce on the boat, it is on the side. We had plenty of leftovers, also! The shop is small but there is one table for dine-in. We chose to eat in, but if you go the table might already be occupied, just FYI! Not to our order, but we witnessed a customer who got an item mixed up in their order. The staff was very nice and expedited their correct item, having it out within minutes of the customer returning. A woman came out to personally apologize for the mistake. It showed great care by the staff for the customers and the product they sell. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu, and an actual pizza from here. Everything was great, staff was wonderful, and it was overall an awesome experience. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Female order taker was EXTREMELY RUDE to customers. They MUST remember that without customers they wouldn't be in business. read more

The sausage on the pizza tasted like pure salt. Might take a week to stop retaining water. No idea what was going on there. Yikes

I order fettuccine alfredo for lunch. I really was looking forward to sharing with co worker. Because it was buy get one free. I never received the second one and the young lady on the phone told me . It was my responsibility to tell them it I wanted 1 or 2. It say buy one get one. She really didn't make any sense. Our elementary school recently held a fundraiser, and we chose Pizza Parma because of the great taste and deals they gave to our school. Pizza Parma went above and beyond to support us! The owner was incredibly kind and generous, giving us a fantastic deal on our pizzas so that we could maximize our fundraising profits. The students were thrilled !! They absolutely loved the pizza and were talking about how delicious it was all afternoon! It's wonderful to see a local business that not only serves amazing food but also gives back to the community. Thank you, Pizza Parma, for your kindness and generosity, we're so grateful for your support and can't wait to order again! read more

Pizza is good but the hoagies are even better. Everything is always fresh and hot. I also love that they give back to the community by providing free pizzas to folks who might be alone or have no money during holidays. read more

I ordered an Italian hoagie when I received the hoagie the edges of the lunch meat were burnt the bun was rock hard and it was very dry for the money I paid I'd never go back there again absolutely horrible I should have known better because I had their pizza once and it was dried out too That's a shame read more

We had it delivered. A decent pizza but not one I'd reorder. Being from Chicago it's like apples to oranges. If you want something that everyone will eat give it a shot but it's pretty good. Delivery was pretty smooth 3.5 out of 5 read more

Wasn't the biggest fan of this place. Some of the items are way too overpriced. Small margherita pizza for $20, medium for $25, nearly $30 for a large? It's similar with the calzones. I tried the small 5 cheese calzone with white sauce. It is nice that they let you choose which sauce to have with the calzone (but white sauce just means no tomato on the inside). The size was fine for a small, but again, prices are crazy. Flavor-wise, it was mediocre. They did have a nice amount of ricotta, but I could not take anything besides a bit of mozzarella and some ricotta. It was super greasy as well, and had a slight stale aftertaste. The sauce served on the side was okay but stone cold which was kind of unpleasant. All in all, there are better places for pizza and calzones in the area. Most items are very overpriced and the quality isn't that high. read more

I normally love Pizza Parma. I don't love THIS Pizza Parma, unfortunately. I work very close to their location, so it's easier for me to pick up orders here rather than have things delivered. But it's really not a pleasant shop to walk into. The staff are always disorganized; often they're bickering or complaining about their day. I've noticed that it takes them a while to locate my order as well, especially if I place it through GrubHub. And it typically feels like there aren't enough people to make the orders, answer the phone, and interact with customers at the front counter. Just a high stress, grouchy environment all around. Meanwhile, the food varies in quality. Their pizza is good, as are their french fries. The main appeal of the hoagies is more that you get a lot of food for a fairly low price; otherwise, they're pretty "meh". It's also a bummer that when ordering through GrubHub, you're limited to ordering regular or diet Coke. They have other drinks available in-store! They're just...not available to app users. Sigh. My final vote for this place is 3.5 stars; they're a cheap lunch option, the affordability is a plus, and some food items are better than others. If you stick to their pizza, fries, and other cheat day staples, you'll probably be a happy camper. read more

We placed a HUGE order at 9am for an office party at 1 and Pizza Parma nailed it! The person I spoke to was very nice and accommodating with even vegan options.. 15 pizzas, 90 wings, salads.. everything was delicious. And we got some complimentary cookies, and over 100 plates and utensils. Delivery was right at the time requested. Very happy and we will be ordering again soon! read more

It's Christmas Day and I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant. I haven't had any serious cravings so far but I *really* wanted pizza tonight. Everywhere was closed (which I wasn't surprised about and was happy for the workers!), I'd almost given up hope until I checked Uber Eats and saw Pizza Parma. We ordered the Chicken & Spinach white pizza and Buffalo fries with their signature sauce. It was SO good and hit the craving right on. We had to wait a little longer than expected because were SLAMMED being the only pizza shop open on Christmas ! Will definitely order a white pizza from there again! Highly recommend! read more

Your Pizza is delicious. Thank for the Free Easter pizza, my son loves pizza this is a nice treat for him

We ordered delivery from here using a delivery app. Was pleased to see only a modest markup ($3) compared to ordering with them directly. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and were satisfied with the taste and good amount of toppings. It was still warm despite the 15 minute delivery time and we loved the extra parmesan topping on the crust. Overall good experience and would order from here again. read more

We stumbled upon this place on the way back from a Steelers game and we are so glad we did! I had the 3 rivers salad and I was beyond impressed! First of all, it was huge! Most importantly it was delicious. It was loaded with toppings to include fries. My son had the 3 river pizza which was truly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Not only was it topped with fries but it also had a delicious crust and the best tasting cheeses! My husband had the 3 river hoagie and it was tasty as well. The portions are huge and the quality of the food was excellent. Danielle and Phillip provided great customer service and were very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend you check them out. read more

They're just good folk open late. Pittsburgh doesn't keep a lot open long term - it's good and cheap.

This place is okay. It's fine if your hungry or a bit intoxicated. The food overall is just not that great in quality, it tastes fine though. The biggest reason I give this 2 stars is because there is a much better place, literaly a 20 second walk from here called Pizza Perfecta. The food is much better and I even think its cheaper. Highly reccomend there over here! read more

Great quick service. Friendly staff. For Valentine's Day, many lovers will spend tons on food and gifts. This pizza is my favorite so far not because of their special heart shaped design but because of the basil flavoring in their sauce that gives to a more authentic delicious pizza. I ordered sausage and pepperoni heart shaped pizza that was outstanding. We ate the whole thing (2ppl). read more

The best chicken alfredo in Pittsburgh. Amazing, kind staff who care about their business. Couldn't recommend it more!!

Cheesy breadsticks were to die for! Lydia provided incredible customer service and I will definitely be coming back again!

Their food is pretty okay. Their pizza gets the job done and their pasta is pretty good. I'm a bigger fan of the appetizers though. The onion rings and crab Rangoon were for sure the highlight for me. :) read more

I didn't pick up this pizza myself, so I don't know anything about the customer service since I ordered through Uber Eats. BUT, the pizza tastes amazing and came to me still warm. This colorful looking pizza looks like it was made with care and with fresh ingredients. Some older reviews have differing opinions on the quality of the food, but as for me, I'm a happy customer! I also know some people may have had bad experiences with customer services, but again, I don't know if that's changed, but what I can tell you is my food was great (also had cheesy bread sticks, jalapeño poppers, onion rings, fries, mozzarella sticks, breaded zucchini, and breaded mushrooms) and that I don't think you have to question the taste and quality of the food here. Definitely would order here again if I need myself a pizza fix. read more

I have ordered pizza for delivery many times because I believe it is very good! Also meatball hoagies and Greek salads. Everything is good. Recently I visited their location on South Highland East Liberty or East Side for a salad to go. The young lady who took my order was so pleasant and very nice. I'm pointing that out separately because it makes a big difference anywhere and she should get the compliment. I'm sorry don't know her name. I recommend this place and maybe you'll be waited on by their lovely employee. read more
