I ordered a Rachel sandwich and they were able to offer a choice of bread so I opted for multi grain. My husband got the BLT. Both were delicious and very filling. French fries or hot, served with just the right amount of salt. It is counter service, but the lady who took our order brought our sandwiches out to the picnic tables. There's a regular flush bathroom inside. I also noticed on the door as we entered that they do offer a cash price discount. Parking was not an issue.

The prices there were maybe slightly up compared to a typical convenience store but still affordable. The service could have been a bit friendlier but it was a busy place and I think they were just trying to get all of the customers taken care of as quickly as they could. There were some brochures near the exit doors just to take if you want to get some information on the various tourist attractions and services in the area. I worked at Pizza Man for a little while and I strongly suggest anyone considering eating food from there to order elsewhere. Owners are gross inbred asses, they remodeled and redid everything BUT the kitchen. Looks nice from the outside now but the kitchen is just as disgusting as it always has been. Theres always Japanese beetles and potato bugs in their gross brown buckets that hold all the pasta, DISGUSTING!!! Oh and from what I heard they buy the cheapest liquor and sell at as a more expensive brand to make more profit illegally. Also they'll hire you under the table (like they did me) at $6.00/hour and yell at you like you're a slave. read more

I recently placed a $23 pickup order and was appalled by the lack of basic hygiene. When I arrived, the cashier, a plus sized woman, went to the kitchen to retrieve my food. Throughout the process, she was wet coughing directly into her hands and openly coughing over my order. I have never experienced such a blatant disregard for sanitation and customer well-being at any restaurant. Over filling sub is definitely problematic so I don't really fault them in this. Overall I had a great sub and experience. I will keep Annula's on my list anytime I'm in Manchester.
