Over the last year, they've been solid. Honestly, the best they've been in a long time. I've spoken with the owner a few times and he's always super chill and easy to deal with. I only had one hiccup recently (couldn't select "cheese only" online), but as soon as I called, they handled it right away with zero attitude. Even sent me another one when I said it was okay which is super cool so it shows they care. When Metro is on, it's exactly how I like my pizza classic, cheesy, and still one of my comfort spots. There were a few years where the quality dipped, but they're definitely back on track. They're one of those places I never gave up on, and I'm glad I didn't. Huge fan of it and a lot of my friends know thats my go to and they added it to their list as well. Hoping the consistency stays the way it's been this past year. They deserve more love and more customers. Super chill people, great classic pizza and if you're in to Fritou ( fried chicken with the fries and gravy coleslaw combo they kill it )

Does it get any better for less than ten bucks? PS They are pretty friendly on top of all that.

The restaurant is beautiful, modern, perfect for a date or special occasion, however the food is really sub par. We ordered a margherita pizza and tagliarini carbonara - we chose the largest family size portions for both of these meals and it costs us over 86$ - the pasta alone was 44$ which was already pricey. I expected something delicious and unique to treat myself but the pasta was totally lacking in flavor. It felt like it was just tossed in fat/oil. On the menu this dish is listed as being cooked in egg yolk and cream, however I did not taste the cream or egg mixture at all. There was NO cream, I believe this dish was not done right. The pasta was just oily and flavorless - other than salt, there was absolutely no remarkable flavor, cheese or creamy texture. The type of pasta looked like ramen noodles. I was extremely disappointed at having paid so much for a dish that looked and tasted like buttered noodles. I expected a much larger portion as well for this "family" sized dish but it was honestly just enough for 2 people. The pizza was extremely thin, like paper, it was cooked well but lacking sauce and again just lacking flavor. We have ordered from this location years ago and had a bad experience, we wanted to give Monza a second chance since they upgraded their menu since that time but it was a total let down. I feel really ripped off. I don't understand how this went so wrong and most other dishes or photos looked good. Do not recommend, way too expensive and not tasty. Total rip off.

The delivery took far too long, and when it arrived, I ate it quickly as I was famished. With each bite, I kept lamenting how subpar this pizza tasted. When you're hungry, your mind starts to play tricks on you. You think that maybe the next bite or next slice will taste better. No such luck. From the first bite to the last, the experience was downhill all the way. The medium pizza I ordered was clearly smaller than the standard 12 inches. The pizza dough had no taste whatsoever, was fairly thin, and didn't hold up to the toppings. The outside crust was completely dry and almost seemed stale!? There was plenty of cheese on it since I ordered extra cheese. Nevertheless, they left out the red peppers I had ordered and paid for. The pepperoni slices were very small and scarcely sprinkled. At least the food is inexpensive, but I would love to go back in time a few hours and order a pizza from B & M instead.
