We visited Pizza King for the first time. This location was clean and adorably decorated. I really liked the inside. We ordered online and there were no problems with that. We ordered delivery at 6:20 from the Nichol location. As of 8:30 we do not have food. This is after 2 phone calls. The manager, Maddie, told me 15 minutes ago it was out for delivery. This location is 1.6 miles away. All maps say it is a 5 minute drive. I get they may have other deliveries. But my neighbor was told it was out for delivery 20 minutes before I called. Beyond frustrated. Done with the Nichol location. Ok. Just got our cold pizza and breadsticks. Ugh! I could have thrown a cheap jacks pizza on the grill and had better food! The manager comped our food but they need to pay us to eat this crap! Disgusting!! The manager remade our order fresh. She bought it out herself. How disappointing. My Pizza King expirence from this location was not pleasent. The bread stick were a joke!! They so hard my kids were usei g them as drum sticks because the ligit could not bite through them. I also ordered cheese sauce with my order. When did Pizza King start serving cheese sauce Ice cold. We also ordered the chicken ranch pizza. NOTHING was impressive. However we did try to eat it to the best of our ability. This is just a shame.. My home towns Pizza King, makes this Pizza King a freaking joke.. I do not recommend. read more

Must try: the half-baked breadsticks I've been to 4 different pizza kings besides this one, 2 in Indianapolis, 1 in Tipton, and 1 in Zionsville, and NONE of them is as good as this one. I stopped ordering from the one on 38th and Madison and started ordering from this location and my expectations are exceeded by these pizza angels every time!!! Pizza King is a staple here in Indiana. This Anderson location is closest to my grandma's house, so we go here quite often. The service is always great. There never seems to be many people in the restaurant either. The pizzas are amazing! The Royal Feast is probably the best. Come with a group of people, because these pizzas can be huge! The last time we went one pizza fed 8 people who got 4-5 slices a piece with leftovers... Awesome! read more

Ordered the 8" Pepperoni Feast Which is advertised as "Mounds of pepperoni piled high with mozzarella and provolone cheese!" at a price of $7.69. Well, what I really got was a one topping pizza with a very small amount of pepperoni and very small amount of mozzarella cheese (no discernible provolone at all) which at a one topping price would have been $6.59. Most definitely NOT "mounds." In addition to the minimal toppings, they were definitely not "edge to edge" as is typically advertised. So basically, tomato sauce with little cheese and bits of pepperoni. This isn't the first time something similar has happened at this location, and will most certainly be the last for me. 2 stars because while the breadsticks were very thin - kind of pitiful really, the flavor was good. read more

Horrible service! We ordered $50 worth of food and waited 1 hr and 50 min for our order. We called after 45 min and again at the 1 hr and 30 min mark. We requested to talk to the manager at 1 hr and 45 min. It took over 10 min to get her on the phone. She didn't care and was rude to my fiancé. Our delivery driver said they were bull shitting around at the store when I asked him about the wait. When the manager was confronted, she said that was not true. She said her name was Veronica but wouldn't give her last name. We called corporate who stated the time was unacceptable and he would have not charged us. We will never again order from this location. read more
