Placed an online order not long ago and then when I arrived to pick it up 5 min after the time it was supposed to be ready and waited for another 10 min they finally told me they had made the pizza wrong and were remaking it. I had groceries in my truck and 30 min drive to get home so had to leave. Manager refused to refund my money so I could leave. Had to call around to find someone that could reverse the charges on my card. Staff was just horrible and I had to actually cook dinner when I got home from running errands all day. Was the absolute last thing I wanted to do...waste 15 min of my day and not get any food. Even just having better communication would have made this a better review. Don't throw in a new pizza without asking the customer if they can wait. Accept the loss for your error While waiting around also noticed the lack of caring about keeping things clean by the state of the buffet and overhead other customers complaint about their food while waiting. read more

i've tried this place twice now, live right up the street from it, I've always liked pizza Inn but I guess if I decide to try it again which I'm not leaning that way I guess I will go in and eat the pizza there. I don't understand why they don't have delivery like most places, but it is what it is. Hopefully things get better there because both pizzas I got are both trips. To first timers, it was a bit chaotic. We didn't know you seated yourself, there was no sign, so we stood in a long line right next to a long full table of people which was right in the way of the traffic pattern. After finally getting to the front of the line and being informed to just sit somewhere, we were happy to find a quiet table in the back. The girl taking the drink orders was not happy to be there that day. She was obviously annoyed that we didn't know what the drink options were. After finally getting our food (which was good, by the way, but hard to get to because of the aforementioned large table blocking the way.) A large party of people came in and surrounded us at every table. They were standing talking in the aisles and talking across our table at each other. It was a rough meal. Again, food itself was good but the atmosphere was a madhouse. We were on a roadtrip, but I'm not sure if we'll stop in again on future trips. read more

Good pizza and a good selection, it tastes better than it looks. Allows semi truck parking so if you're looking to get off the road and get pizza this isn't a bad spot, my only complaint is they don't have an alcoholic options. read more

This is probably one of the best pizza buffets around. Usually always does well keeping up with Dillon the buffet and have a great dessert buffet. They will make custom pizzas, all you have to do is ask. They play Christian music and the staff are always friendly. Definitely worth multiple trips. read more

Good option if you're looking for a quality pizza buffet with selection for everyone. There are pizzas, desserts, pasta, mini corn dogs, chicken nuggets, and a good salad bar. They also have a really good gluten free crust. Only down fall is it is not included on the buffet and it is pricey for the size. All of the staff is always friendly and quick to check on drinks, a big plus for a buffet style restaurant. read more

Hadn't been able to go in awhile so I was shocked at the remodel. Was scared at how much it reminded me of CiCis which is nasty!!! I was right it's nowhere near what it used to be!!! I asked for a Beefy Ranch Onion pizza as I didn't see one only to be pointed out oh here's a couple pieces. Um no there's no cheddar on a BRO pizza and it had been there awhile and we went at noon!!!!! The dessert pizzas are still being served raw or undercooked.The service was not like it used to be either. :( It'd been going downhill for awhile. I had hoped it would get better but after today I guess it won't!!! So my family won't be back!!! read more

We've been there two times and both times we had the absolute worst service first time we went in there and they said they could seat us but we couldn't get our own stuff I get it's due to covid but the server was very rude and the second time we were told we could sit down anywhere and the place doesn't close till 830pm and then another server came up and told us they were closed even though it was 745 and there was several other people in the restaurant eating and sitting around read more

This place is great. The staff was super friendly and the pizza was great. There was a pretty good selection of pizza, as well as salad dressings and toppings, and pastas. I was mostly happy with how fast we were seated and how fast we were able to pay once we had finished. The price was 7.89 for the all you can eat buffet, which is great. Bizarre. Got there a little after 8 pm. Server asked our drink order, but never offered menus or asked if we wanted the buffet. We ended up helping ourselves to the buffet. Pizza was fine. Some looked like it had been sitting for awhile, but as to be expected at that time of night. Witnessed a couple of the servers eating off the buffet and with four tables still eating it seemed more than a little odd. Very odd considering no other pizzas ever came out. There was multiple piles of crumbs and other debris in piles around the buffet that someone clearly had swept, but neglected to finish with a dustpan. Overall, terrible service. I'd recommend carry-out. At least then you don't have to share your pizza! read more

Some of my favorite pizza! A great fresh salad bar with tons of toppings and a pizza buffet with fantastic options for kids/picky eaters. Several varieties of dessert pizza (the chocolate chip pizza is a family favorite) make a nice ending to a great meal. Locally owned and staffed. read more
