Surprised by the lack of reviews for PizzaHut. Its a chain of course so no surprise as to taste or quality but the location is central and serves most of Yuma. The overhaul a few years back made the place much smaller but a huge improvement in aesthetics. Great deal with the $10 any pizza. Makes for a quick lunch option with a coworker if your willing to share. For $10 I just get my own ;) use to be my favorite pizza as a child still a solid 7/10 in my books but as my taste buds matured so has the competition in Yuma. Other locations have piped up and now PizzaHut has dropped prices I stay open. If our hungry you won't be or down, but for the pepperoni fanatics this may not live up to your expectations and may wan I try some of the other competitor options. read more

Yet again, this location has let down and out of town guest staying at a hotel. I can't believe I didn't read some of these reviews prior to my order. I ordered wings (8 ranch and 8 honey bbq) and a chicken alfredo pasta (which comes with breadsticks) along with a 2L of Mountain Dew and some extra ranch packets. When ordering, I mentioned that I was at a hotel. Requested some plates, napkins, and some forks to eat the food we had ordered with. Driver showed up 50 minutes later (not his fault, they said they were busy when I ordered, so I wasn't even upset). He asked me to sign the receipt before handing me anything, but his pen was broken. I happily gave him the hotel pen--seriously, I was happy to help him out. Then he starts unpacking. Handed me all that I ordered in terms of food. No plates, no napkins, and no forks. So now I am sitting here writing this in frustration. We have all this food. We can eat the chicken wings without a fork, but napkins would be nice. But we just can't get our faces into the pasta, unless we put it on the floor and eat out of the dish like dogs (we think this may be funny, so we might try this, actually, if we get desperate). One star for the obvious--this is part of customer service. If you have customers ordering at hotels, have the decency to bring them plates, napkins, and forks (even if they don't request it! which I had). read more

When I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for my family and I went to pick it up, the pizza was really good. The pizza was delivered in under 30 minutes which was super nice because it was still warm, my family and I enjoyed the pizza. It was one good experience when we were seated and we enjoyed it as a family and the service was also good. But the only thing that I don't like is that they don't have the soda machine available, only bottled water was available. read more

The restaurant is clean. Service was a little slow for the amount of people in the restaurant. The lunch specials are great. Personal pizza and a salad for $5. I ordered spinach pizza. It was served with raw lettuce leaves on it. Now I'm no expert, by I'm pretty sure that it should be cooked under the cheese. It's almost as if they forgot to put it on there and added it after. Don't order from this location!!! Staying at a hotel asked for paper plates, napkins, etc because we are in a room, manager Aaron repeated our request for these items, driver shows up 45 minutes after placing order with a luke warm, raw dough pan pizza. Called back, Aaron answered told him no plates, no napkins he sAid I took your order and wrote that down. Told him the pizza was not hot, he said I will send out a whole new pizza with plates, etc. driver shows up 20 minutes later, has plates napkins etc, but no hot pizza. Driver said Aaron couldn't do anything about it! Called Aaron he said he never said he would replace pizza!!! What has happened to customer service???? We've been to this location 3 times. The 1st time was a bad experience. The staff was horribly slow (we got the manager after waiting 10 minutes after being seated for a waitress to even come to our table) and our one and only pizza we ordered took over 45 minutes to receive (the restaurant wasn't busy) We did complain and we were given a discount for the inconvenience. The 2nd and 3rd time we came here were great. We had great and quick service, fresh and fast food and the manager even went above and beyond for us when leaving (car trouble). I am from out-of-town and decided to place an order for delivery. I placed my order online because of the so called "convenience" associated with this modern method. The approximate arrival time is definitely not accurate but of course you figure about an hour for delivery. The driver handed me the boxes and I asked him to double-check the receipt, which he did. He assured me everything was in the boxes I was holding. They forgot the 16 piece wings I had ordered which was included on the receipt and added onions to one of my pizzas in which I indicated not to. The onions could have been overlooked but naturally I called because they forgot a whole order of wings. I spoke with Skyler and let him know of the situation. He offered to remake the whole order free of charge. Of course that would have been a waste of food because it was a big order. He then said you can so whatever you want with the original order, maybe throw it away? By the way I would need to wait another half hour. I asked to speak to the manager who was unavailable because he was outside "dealing with something else." I waited for five minutes as he was rude each time he came back on the line to tell me the manager is still unavailable. I asked for his name and he said oh my god as he cut me off and placed me on hold. Finally I get the manager who says he will refund my money. I ask for the SM, DM, and corporate numbers. The manager said he didn't have any of those numbers and to look on the back of my receipt for a 1-800 number. It was the "chance to win" sweepstakes phone number. California Pizza Hut is NOT at all like this. Please order here if you'd like to wait 2 hours for your order to be completed and still be wrong. But you get your money back to try somewhere else. So today i had a real bad experience, I was at work and had 1 hour to eat. I arrive at pizza hut at 2:10, my server "yvonne" got my order by like 2:15. I'm waiting there for a good 30 minutes and my pizza doesnt arrive yet, by 2:50 I tell Yvonne i want my pizza to go since its been a long time and i got to go to work. She tells me "ok" and that my pizza will be out the oven in a couple secs. She checks me out without giving me my pizza and tells me it will be right out. I Pay $17.52 for my pizza and a good 10 minutes go by, im now in the point that i have to leave the restaurant cause i dont want to be late for work. I leave the place frustrated and with no pizza. I love going to pizza hut but if its gonna take an hour to get a pizza done, ill just keep going to little ceasers.my ticket number is#86 invoice #55 APPR code: 056747 and she gave me the ticket that does not include my code to do the online survey at pizza hut. it was a big disappointment. read more
