Pizza Hut - The New Yorker; half Pepperoni and Chicken Sausage! - Pizza Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

Went to eat at Pizza Hut with the family, and the food was great, but we couldn't eat comfortably due to the worker continually clearing his nasal passages out loud. It was highly unhygienic and unprofessional, which ruined our appetite. Please pizza hut talk to your employees about this matter. read more

I ordered take out pizza on wed. Pizza was good. While waiting I noticed that part of the waiting area had been painted a dark grey color. It must have been painted by a 2 year old. Paint was on then adjacent tile all along the floor. No pride of ownership. read more

Food quality is hit or miss, although the service is great, and the ambiance is average. Better to carry out than to dine in.

The food was very bad and we were in line and they attended the person behind us and it was very Buffalo Wings were bad to and so was the pizza And the ambience was very bad to read more

First off i have to say the pizza was really good, other than that the experience was horrible. My family are foodies we love eating food and even more than that the experience we have while we eat the food. We will not be returning here. no beer on the menu,no water,a dollar each for cheese and peppers, they would not sit a party of six yet right after they sat a party of 5.Not the restaurant I remember at all. read more

I feel like this place is using covid as an excuse to cut corners. Only bottled water available at a cost, no soda machine, and charging for Parmesan cheese and peppers! If they don't want people to dine-in then just say that! Our server was good and the pizza was good but getting nickeled and dimed for everything sadly ruined the moment. read more

I had visited this location to pick up pizza for a customer. The pizza tasted great and my online order was correct. The one thing that I would like to compliment the most is the friendly greeting that I received from Ashley. Thank you for your polite and friendly demeanor. read more

Surprised by the lack of reviews for PizzaHut. Its a chain of course so no surprise as to taste or quality but the location is central and serves most of Yuma. The overhaul a few years back made the place much smaller but a huge improvement in aesthetics. Great deal with the $10 any pizza. Makes for a quick lunch option with a coworker if your willing to share. For $10 I just get my own ;) use to be my favorite pizza as a child still a solid 7/10 in my books but as my taste buds matured so has the competition in Yuma. Other locations have piped up and now PizzaHut has dropped prices I stay open. If our hungry you won't be or down, but for the pepperoni fanatics this may not live up to your expectations and may wan I try some of the other competitor options. read more

Pizza Hut - a view of the outside of a restaurant - Pizza Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

Yet again, this location has let down and out of town guest staying at a hotel. I can't believe I didn't read some of these reviews prior to my order. I ordered wings (8 ranch and 8 honey bbq) and a chicken alfredo pasta (which comes with breadsticks) along with a 2L of Mountain Dew and some extra ranch packets. When ordering, I mentioned that I was at a hotel. Requested some plates, napkins, and some forks to eat the food we had ordered with. Driver showed up 50 minutes later (not his fault, they said they were busy when I ordered, so I wasn't even upset). He asked me to sign the receipt before handing me anything, but his pen was broken. I happily gave him the hotel pen--seriously, I was happy to help him out. Then he starts unpacking. Handed me all that I ordered in terms of food. No plates, no napkins, and no forks. So now I am sitting here writing this in frustration. We have all this food. We can eat the chicken wings without a fork, but napkins would be nice. But we just can't get our faces into the pasta, unless we put it on the floor and eat out of the dish like dogs (we think this may be funny, so we might try this, actually, if we get desperate). One star for the obvious--this is part of customer service. If you have customers ordering at hotels, have the decency to bring them plates, napkins, and forks (even if they don't request it! which I had). read more

The restaurant is clean. Service was a little slow for the amount of people in the restaurant. The lunch specials are great. Personal pizza and a salad for $5. I ordered spinach pizza. It was served with raw lettuce leaves on it. Now I'm no expert, by I'm pretty sure that it should be cooked under the cheese. It's almost as if they forgot to put it on there and added it after. I gave it 3 stars for location, price and cleanliness. read more

I usually don't even post reviews but this location deserved one. Worst service ever. Was seated in 2 minutes but was then ignored for 20 minutes. Employee didn't even say sorry. Keep in mind there was only 1 other family in the restaurant. To top it off they were out of wings. Would give it 0 stars if i could. read more

When I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for my family and I went to pick it up, the pizza was really good. The pizza was delivered in under 30 minutes which was super nice because it was still warm, my family and I enjoyed the pizza. It was one good experience when we were seated and we enjoyed it as a family and the service was also good. But the only thing that I don't like is that they don't have the soda machine available, only bottled water was available. read more

Don't order from this location!!! Staying at a hotel asked for paper plates, napkins, etc because we are in a room, manager Aaron repeated our request for these items, driver shows up 45 minutes after placing order with a luke warm, raw dough pan pizza. Called back, Aaron answered told him no plates, no napkins he sAid I took your order and wrote that down. Told him the pizza was not hot, he said I will send out a whole new pizza with plates, etc. driver shows up 20 minutes later, has plates napkins etc, but no hot pizza. Driver said Aaron couldn't do anything about it! Called Aaron he said he never said he would replace pizza!!! What has happened to customer service???? He doesn't care, cause there are ten people waiting to place an order after us. We were not asking for much! Some utensils to eat a hot, cooked pizza! Sorry Aaron!!! You fail at being a manager!!! read more

I should have written a review a long time ago. On Super Bowl Sunday we ordered pizza and it was delivered without sauce!!! I called in and the manager said I would be able to get a free one. I just called and they don't have any record of it. read more

The Customer Service at this Pizza Hut was the Best Customer Support I have EVER received at ANY restaurant in my Life. Extremely Clean as well. read more

We've been to this location 3 times. The 1st time was a bad experience. The staff was horribly slow (we got the manager after waiting 10 minutes after being seated for a waitress to even come to our table) and our one and only pizza we ordered took over 45 minutes to receive (the restaurant wasn't busy) We did complain and we were given a discount for the inconvenience. The 2nd and 3rd time we came here were great. We had great and quick service, fresh and fast food and the manager even went above and beyond for us when leaving (car trouble). We will be back for more delicious pizza read more

Excellent pizza and excellent service. The person who took the order was very professional and polite, doing her job well. The delivery person was no less so. They both deserve a raise! read more

Dominos doesn't offer paper plates...but pizza hut does. Pizza hut has a new customer!!!

When i called and placed my order and the the service was great. My problem was with the delivery guy. First of all he was in a bad mood, he gave me the hot bag and told me to put it on my table, the way my pizza looked, i think it was dropped. He did not gave me a receipt. I will not order pizza to be delivered again. read more

I am from out-of-town and decided to place an order for delivery. I placed my order online because of the so called "convenience" associated with this modern method. The approximate arrival time is definitely not accurate but of course you figure about an hour for delivery. The driver handed me the boxes and I asked him to double-check the receipt, which he did. He assured me everything was in the boxes I was holding. They forgot the 16 piece wings I had ordered which was included on the receipt and added onions to one of my pizzas in which I indicated not to. The onions could have been overlooked but naturally I called because they forgot a whole order of wings. I spoke with Skyler and let him know of the situation. He offered to remake the whole order free of charge. Of course that would have been a waste of food because it was a big order. He then said you can so whatever you want with the original order, maybe throw it away? By the way I would need to wait another half hour. I asked to speak to the manager who was unavailable because he was outside "dealing with something else." I waited for five minutes as he was rude each time he came back on the line to tell me the manager is still unavailable. I asked for his name and he said oh my god as he cut me off and placed me on hold. Finally I get the manager who says he will refund my money. I ask for the SM, DM, and corporate numbers. The manager said he didn't have any of those numbers and to look on the back of my receipt for a 1-800 number. It was the "chance to win" sweepstakes phone number. California Pizza Hut is NOT at all like this. Please order here if you'd like to wait 2 hours for your order to be completed and still be wrong. But you get your money back to try somewhere else. This is crazy! read more

I should have read the reviews before I ordered a pizza..These dumb shits couldn't even get an order right like they were purposely screwing up the order..I wanted extra sauce and light cheese and they did the complete opposite extra cheese hardly any sauce..What a waste of $20..Never again from this location..Stay away...!!! Nobody could be this stupid...!!! read more

Service was horrible but the food was good. This place was not busy so we thought it b a good service. We came in ordered large pizza n wings. . Pizza cane but no wings. I waited about 15 minutes n was about to go in the back n refill it myself but my girlfriend gets mad. Server never glanced at us so we left a shitty tip read more

This place gives gluten-free a bad name. Over cooked and over-priced. Service was okay, but the place was empty.

I would give zero stars. The past two times we've come here to pick up our orders they haven't been ready. It's takes over an hour waiting for our food after it said it was ready. This is the worst pizza hut and the managers do not care. read more

So today i had a real bad experience, I was at work and had 1 hour to eat. I arrive at pizza hut at 2:10, my server "yvonne" got my order by like 2:15. I'm waiting there for a good 30 minutes and my pizza doesnt arrive yet, by 2:50 I tell Yvonne i want my pizza to go since its been a long time and i got to go to work. She tells me "ok" and that my pizza will be out the oven in a couple secs. She checks me out without giving me my pizza and tells me it will be right out. I Pay $17.52 for my pizza and a good 10 minutes go by, im now in the point that i have to leave the restaurant cause i dont want to be late for work. I leave the place frustrated and with no pizza. I love going to pizza hut but if its gonna take an hour to get a pizza done, ill just keep going to little ceasers.my ticket number is#86 invoice #55 APPR code: 056747 and she gave me the ticket that does not include my code to do the online survey at pizza hut. it was a big disappointment. read more
