The fries were greasy and very limp, so definitely not fresh at all. I would have gone back to get the order corrected but I was on my lunch hour and drove 7 miles into town to pick it up. She was dressed differently than the other employees. I didn't catch the name on her name tag, but the name on the recipe said "Alex". She said they were short staffed so she was helping make food in between taking orders, which was completely understandable. It's a good thing I stood up there to wait on my food as I was able to watch her make my order. This woman, after handling money, started making my wrap without gloves and without washing her hands. She was also on her phone, while making my wrap, touching the screen, etc. At one point, she dropped her phone on the dirty floor, picked it up and continued making my wrap. Having worked in fast food, and also having common sense, I knew that was extremely unsanitary; a complete health code violation. Since they were so busy and I was unable to wave her down, I sat down and waited until the rush died down to let them know I either wanted a refund or a new wrap. They threw the old wrap away and made me a new one which I greatly appreciated. My main point here is that I would have eaten that dirty wrap if I had not stood up there to watch her make it. Also, I imagine several other people sitting around me were most likely eating dirty food without knowing it. This is exactly how people get sick!

I chose the kiosk and it worked well. When I completed my order the same employee got my drink for me immediately. My meal arrived quickly and was assembled better than the typical tacos I get at different Taco Bell.
