At first things were good till we tried to fill our fountain drinks. The machine was not working properly.... I asked the boy working the register if he could fill our drinks up for us he handed me two bottled Dr peppers my husband then tries the root beer which was out didn't taste right I went back to the front and told him his response I don't know what you want me to do about it I asked for the manager she was too busy to talk to me or make it right $50 for a meal to have this type of service is ridiculous we won't be back. Oh and to top it off they have wings sitting out on the bar no telling how long they have been out. We have been here over an hour. Waiting for the manager to make it right and she claims she is just too busy. I will never waste another dollar coming here wish I could give them no stars. read more

They even called to verify my apartment number and still didn't leave my food at the door as they advertise online for contactless delivery. Wasting my time , my money, and my patience's. I ordered one pizza to be delivered. Paid online including delivery fee and a 20% tip for the driver. Pizza didn't come and didn't come. I called back and pressed 2 for orders already placed and you get a fax line. Called the local number again and pressed 1 for new orders. Got someone not at local store who transferred me. Asked where my pizza was as online said it was delivered. Lady said I gave them wrong number. Nope!! My number is on my account and is correct. She said she'd send it back out but I had to give apartment door code. I gave the code and she hung up on me. I waited again an non pizza I called back and was put on hold for 5 + minutes. Called again and a young man answered and said I gave them the wrong number and I could come get the pizza. This was 1 hour and 45 minutes on my life wasted. No offer of refund. I ordered a pizza tonight for delivery from this location and paid for it online. I then called to give them delivery instructions since I wasn't given the option during the order process. She said OK and we hung up. The delivery time stated was 25-35 minutes. At about 11:15 PM, I called them because my pizza had not shown up yet. There was no answer, of course, because the store had closed. It is 12:14 am now, And still no pizza. I'm glad I could just donate some money to them tonight and not get anything back in return.
