Filth farming at its finest. Can I have a cup of hot bleach please? The piles of debris in all the corners of the bathroom are the same color as the olives on the pizza, hopefully the pizza isn't as sticky as the floor in the bathroom. Food was as ordered and ready within 20 minutes the service was excellent making sure I had all things for takeout in the bag.

Just came from a very miserable experience at this location. The pizza is delicious, the staff friendly. With one exception. They allow children to scream yell and run circles through the store clearly disturbing everyone's dinner. We had hoped management would step in and speak to the parents who were cheering their children on in creating the disturbance; but that did not happen. So, when we politey brought it to their attention...and took our pizza to go, to get out of the den of noise, we pretty much expected the response we got. The employee snarked at us, and shot back sarcastic slurs. Bad management here, & rude patrons. If you're hoping for a pleasant experience, forget it & place your order to go. read more

Order was placed over the phone and was told on arriving that they had no record of the order being placed. Was told that it would take 20 minutes to complete the order. The staff stated the reason for not receiving the initial order was that someone had unplugged their phones in the back... obvious lie... After waiting for 20 minutes one of the staff asked if my wife's name was XXX and that the pizza had been sitting under their warming lamp for the past 20 minutes. The employees at this Pizza Hut are definitely not motivated to do their jobs correctly and management truly doesn't care. We will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Probably the worst service I've ever had. I'm not kidding. We were the only people in there at first. (Should have been our first indication). The waitress (Santana I believe) seemed bothered that we had even come in. We placed our order and while waiting another couple had come in and ordered from her as well. Our food came but my order was missing, which I assumed she was going back to get, but never did. Our drinks sat empty for the entire meal. The man from the other couple actually got up and asked the girl who was staring at her cell phone if anyone was going to refill there drinks. She came out to refill theirs, looked over at us and went back to her phone. By the way, there were 3 different employees and all of them were leaning on the counter staring at there phones. I also had to go to the counter to get drinks and ask where my food was. Turns out she never put my order in. So, 20 minutes later I finally get my food after everybody else is done eating. I ask for the bill which she brings but never comes back to collect. I finally just go up to the counter to pay and leave. Fast forward about 3 hours. I'm sitting at home and out of the blue decide to check my bank account and see that the girl decided to add money to her tip which I now regret that I actually gave her anything. Have been craving pizza for a while. Not too many options open on a holiday so stopped in here. (I haven't been to pizza hut in almost 20 years). There was a sign, saying please wait to be seated. But a waitress came by and told us to go ahead and grab a seat. We did. Quite a few patrons here and it looked like only the one waitress. The waitress was very prompt in bringing us menus and taking our drink order. While we perused the menu, she took the order from the table next to us. I overheard her saying what did they want to replace some topping with. Just assumed they were doing a substitution. She came by and took our order. Hubby had a canadian bacon with pineapple, regular crust with parmesan. I ordered what I remembered loving as a kid, the supreme. My husband does not eat mushrooms, green peppers or sausage, so I was excited that I'd be able to get a pizza with all those items on it. We both ordered mediums so we would have some leftovers. The pizzas came out, I looked at mine and noticed there were no green peppers on it. Hubby's was fine. I waited a while trying to locate our waitress, finally I called her over. I asked her, "isn't there supposed to be green peppers on this?" She said yes, but we are out of them. And then she said, I thought I had told you that, I said no. If she had I would have ordered double mushrooms. She then offered to have a new one made for me with double mushrooms, I said sure. The restaurant was clearing out and the waitress came back again to apologize. They were short handed that day. She was the manager and was filling in. She was very pleasant. All in all, it turned out to be a nice meal. Our hats off to the manager, she did a great job being waitress, manager, cashier, bus boy, etc., etc. read more

This was an awesome experience. We ordered pasta and breadsticks and when the order came there were no utensils. The delivery person took it upon himself to go to the front desk and get us utensils. Who does that now? Welcome to small town service. He was awesome and the Chicken Alfredo was awesome. We called the manager and let her know. Do that more often when you get good service. read more

First off I came here with a party of 5. The table was so sticky and disgusting it was unreal. I used my sons baby wipes to clean the table top for everyone. The waitresses seemed really busy but there was like only 8 people total in the restaurant. The pizza was good no complaints on that. But the service lacked (never received a drink refill) and my hand was getting stuck to the table cuz it was so disgusting. Please do a better job of cleaning your restaurant. read more

So, you may wonder why oh why was I out in Wilcox AZ eating at a pizza hut. Well gentle reader, on a long drive from Dallas to LA with the lovely wife, it was a great place to stop to break up the 20 or so hour drive. Ahh pizza the hut, consistent comfort junk food. It's about 8pm, we roll up and the place is bumping, about half the tables are full and there's a wait to get seated. We get seated pretty quickly, and get in our order in right away.. Our waitress is a little spacey, so it takes a while to get straws for our drinks, then cutlery, then plates, etc. Everything had to be asked for multiple times. She was really nice but way scattered. The food itself was exactly what you'd expect, but the spacey service took em down to 3 stars from the 3.5 pizza hut would usually get from me. read more

Passing through Arizona and stopped in Wilcox to stay at the holiday inn. Ordered pizza to have delivered and we waited in the lobby after he told us it'd only be 30 mins. A hour goes by and still no pizza we ended up calling to see what's going on, the guy on the phone said his driver didn't see our order to be delivered and he's sending him now. The driver shows up and says he was waiting on us in the lobby and he doesn't have time to stand around because of the other deliveries he has. So someone is lying in this situation. This place has been up & down for years. I have to agree w/another commenter, that when the manager is away, the kiddies will play & not work. And apparently Corporate is okay with this, as they did not respond to my complaints: Ordered pizza on-line for specific time pick-up for take out. Was not ready when I arrived at that exact time & wasn't ready for 15 more minutes. No explanation, nothing. Incompetence. The restaurant only had two tables occupied at the time. Four waitresses standing around gossiping. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. I watched a girl, after taking (touching) money, go in back and start wrapping up bread sticks, without washing her hands. Ewww. But who cares, right? They're the only pizza place in town. My son and I were meandering home from Tombstone, Sierra Vista and dropped by the Warren Earp grave site. We passed up Pizza Hut, but there was only Micky Ds on the other side of IH10 so we went back. Glad we did. Super Salad, fresh, nice looking garden stuff, and the buffet of pizza was hot and complemented my salad perfectly. BUT, what stood out was a young lady that really knows how to hustle and make all of her guests feel like they're important. The kind of waitress that refills your tea without you knowing (I saw her, out of corner of eye). She should tutor wannabe waiters/waitresses on HOW to garner a TIP. I don't normally tip but 20 percent, but this was the best, cheapest meal we had enjoyed on a long trip, so I felt obliged to show my appreciation. Clean, nice Pizza Hut. read more

Made a stop here on my way to Texas and was very pleased to be greeted by friendly staff. I got my order to-go, but this didn't stop anyone from being anything less than perfect. Being in my 20's, I eat a lot of pizza, and a lot from Pizza Hut. This is the first time in a long time the thin crust was actually crunchy and amazing! Very refreshing! read more

On vacation with the parents, we burned out on Mexican food and decided to go with what we consider a reliable chain. Our waitress was friendly, but a bit slow. Between us, we got a pan pizza and a chicken dish, though the chicken dish was 80% cheese. I like cheese and all but it seemed cheap to me. They didn't have green olives or broccoli, and although we ordered tomatoes on our pizza, they left them off. The salad bar ran out of lettuce and we had to wait 15 minutes or so for them to refill it. It just seemed like there were minor inconveniences here and there, which, on their own, would have been tolerable, but they added up. read more

Don't stop unless you have time. And want to hear the waitress sob story about divorcing her husband. She was explaining her bad day to other customer that asked what's wrong and told her story loud enough for the whole place to hear. When this was mentioned to the manager she told the waitress and the the waitress told her customers that I don't want to here her story, pull yourself together and do your job. The waitress also told her customers. That jerk made a comment to about mind my own business. It's kind of hard when I hear the lady loud as if she was standing at my table. read more
