The appetizer and drinks came fairly quick which was nice. Then we ordered our food. A side salad arrived shortly thereafter but no silverware. We had to ask a couple times to get silverware to eat the salad which took several minutes to get. Next our food came and the presentation was very nice. The food however was hit and miss. My wife ordered the chicken and broccoli fettuccine and her chicken was extremely dry to the point where she only ate the pasta and not the chicken. The pasta lacked flavor as well. I even tasted it and couldn't believe the lack of flavor. My mom had a chicken salad and her chicken was also dry but not too the same extent as the pasta. My son ordered the triple play special and added the ribs to it for the additional charge. When the food came the waitress advised that they had run out of ribs. He enjoyed his chicken chunks and onion rings and pretzel bites that came with his meal. My father ordered the Reuben and thought his was ok but not great. I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich which was supposed to come with mayo and pickles but no mayo and very little pickle. Anyways, I am giving this place a 3 because the service and food were both lacking. I will say that they were very busy being that it was Father's Day but that shouldn't affect food quality. Lastly they didn't take off the ribs from the check and I had to have that fixed which should have already been handled by the waitress after discovering they were out.
