They're using a New York-built wood-fired oven with a rotating turntable, so the pizza is constantly moving while it cooks, and you can taste the difference. The restaurant is extremely clean, there's a ton of space (great for families or groups), and the staff was super friendly. They took time to talk with me and shared the Brandon location opened in 2018, and that they had to complete special training/certifications to even qualify to buy and operate that oven. You can tell it's a family-run business with real pride and passion behind what they're doing. Even the pizza box is a cool touch--nice branding and attention to detail.
