There are some tables inside but normally see take out. We get their 40 piece bundle. Everyone gets to pick their own flavor as you get 4. There is 1 fry and 2 veggie sticks. We always get 2 fries and 1 veggie. It makes a perfect meal for 4. We have really liked their flavors. They are always good with the amount of sauce or dry rub. Garlic Parm is a favorite along with the Cajun (OG hot plus Cajun dry rub). Some of their special flavors are good as well. Fiery lime was really good tonight. Also had a hot lemon that was really good. Have not had any issues with to go orders. Everything is still good when we get home 15-20 minutes later. Are these the absolute best, no. But you get good size wings, good value, and for us consistent flavor each time. In this area that has been hard to find. Decided to get wing house for dinner. Please stay mobile order and went and picked it up in store. Inside wasn't too busy, had a nice encounter with the gentleman working the front desk. I told him I had a mobile order and he grabbed my order and the cup for my drink and handed it to me. I made my drink at the soda machine and left. I got 10 bone in lemon pepper wings, they were really good and with a good size. I also got a hickory smoked BBQ chicken sandwich. Usually, I visit the one on Fowler St in Tampa, but this time I decided to check out the new location in Brandon next to Chilis. I definitely love their chicken, but I also really enjoy their fries. You can add various herbs to the fries, but I usually stick with the regular ones. The Brandon location looks great, clean with plenty of seating and plenty of parking available outside. I like their chicken, but the fries in the Brandon location were just okay this time--not as good as the ones in Tampa. It wasn't bad, just not up to par. Maybe I got a bad batch? Their chicken is always crispy and delicious, and they offer a ton of sauces to choose from. The prices are on the higher side, though. I did encounter a small issue while ordering; their computer system was acting up and wouldn't accept credit cards. We were left waiting in line without any proper updates. After about 10 minutes, they finally asked if we were paying with cash since the system wasn't reading cards. My son suggested we use their app to place the order, which turned out to be a great idea! It was just a minor inconvenience, but I still love their chicken and fries and will keep coming back. Ordered Wingstop from this location on Doordash, so I can't say I got the full experience. I will say they forgot to add my ranch to the sealed bag, so I was kind of upset about that. Ranch is my favorite from Wingstop! I tried a new flavor I had never had before - I think it was a sweet chilli flavor and it was really good. Today T-Mobile Tuesday gave their customers a promo that originally valued at around $10 but the customers only paid $0.01 for it. Talk about an awesome deal. There was about 5-6 employees and I must say that everyone joined together and did whatever they had to do to get the orders out. My cousin and I decided to take advantage of this great deal for lunch while we were out having a girls day. It wasn't too busy when we got there to pick up our food. I became a fan of Wingstop while living in LA so of course when I found out they had a location in Tampa close to my home I had to check them out. The staff were friendly and helpful, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the chicken. I asked for crispy chicken and when I got home was surprised that they were so soggy. I like lemon pepper but it seemed like they forgot the seasoning. I can't recommend this location because I would hate for someone to waste their time and not get what they ask for. Very slow service and I was literally the only one in the store at the time. I did ask for well done. So I expected a wait but 20+ minutes was a little much. Messed up my order and gave me Parmesan instead of Cajun. Now I will say the Manager asked how things were and made sure to correct everything for me and made sure in the end I got what I ordered plus more. As for the food itself it wasn't bad. I absolutely love their chicken wings! They were tender and juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside when you bite into them. The lemon pepper seasoning in particular was exceptional. It wasn't just your standard lemon pepper seasoning from the spice aisle. It had more lemon flavor than any wing I've had, and it wasn't too salty. I think I hit on a good wing day. The garlic parmesan was very good as well. It had lots of sprinkled parmesan cheese, but I think I tasted more oil than butter. Also, I feel like it needed more garlic. But, it was all well cooked and the tasty flavor was there. That's more than I can say for other places I've visited where the garlic and parmesan were lacking. The quality of the wings were on point as well. The small order of Cajun fried corn was tasty, but way overcooked. To the point that it was mushy and watery. Were they still frozen and then put in the fryer? I don't know the answer but I'd give this place 4 stars if they could execute it better next time. I'm not so sure they can. It was super busy when I got there around 4:45 on a weekday. There were a couple of people waiting for their takeout orders, and about 3 tables occupied. Many people were coming in to pick up what they ordered online. This made the wait incredibly long. With that said, the wings were hot and fresh when I received them. It stayed that way even when I arrived at my destination. I will go back for the wings because they are delicious. I'll order the corn again, but will try it when I dine in at the restaurant versus through takeout. Maybe it's crispier when served right away. I hope to give them a better rating next time. The service was friendly, it's just the long wait and not being told when it would come out that got me a little annoyed. We ordered about $40 worth of wings on March 10th at 6:04 in the evening and they were definetly ready as soon as I got there to pick them up! The negative about this location was that the wings were not so good in flavor and the cheese fries were also lacking in flavor!! The servers and workers were a delight and they were all motivated but the wings were a 2 from a scale of 1 to 5 in flavor so they need to step up their game in this area hence my 3 star rating! I still love the franchise but will have to go back to the Tampa location because the Brandon one cannot seem to get it together. They get your order wrong, the waits seem to be VERY long no matter when you visit, and the food is either overcooked or undercooked (never cooked correctly). Today's order was the last straw for me. My wings were horrible and my fries were inedible. They also have me Bleu Cheese instead of Ranch which would not have been such a big deal if it weren't cuz everything else was so bad.
