Just had a delivery order from here (I would have ordered from El Faro's, the best pizza in Leeds, fact, but I didn't have cash and I'm lazy so leaving the house to visit a cashpoint wasn't a viable option). The website is ridiculously confusing - once I'd sorted out my 'basket' with its side orders and customised pizza, I had to register to use the online ordering system, which then resulted in the contents of my basket being deleted. Nice.
Ten minutes later though I was done, with my email confirmation saying it would be with me 'ASAP'. A very polite Pizza Hut driver named Scott called me about twenty minutes after this to check the address and get directions, and then he surprised me by buzzing the buzzer about thirty seconds later. Super speedy. Like Billy Whizz. Billy Whizza!
Anyhoo. The pizza should have been tasty because it should have had olives on it (among other things). But could I find any? Nope. None. Olives are my staple pizza ingredient, and I get most upset if I can't have them. I get more upset if I've paid for them already and they're missing.
So for that, Horsforth Pizza Hut, you lose one star, and Pizza Hut in general, you lose a star for having a stupid website. read more
