Delivery no matter when you call is roughly half hour. The owners recognise customer loyalty, they often send us a little something extra once every few months. Last Christmas we even got a bottle of wine off them too(and no we don't order every that often lol) The only draw back with Rustica is the prices, although they are not as expensive as Pizza hut ect they are more expensive then their local competitors. The extra is well worth it though when you compare the food.

There are a few tables but enough to have some privacy or for a large group. The times I have been have usually been in a large group, for a birthday or Christmas outing and everyone has been catered for and happy with their choice of meal. Some people think their dishes have a little too much garlic added but I really enjoy their pizzas and lasagne. A great night out, especially if living locally.

So I called the shop to ask what was going on and got the typical "delivery driver is just setting off now" reply. About 15 minutes later, I notice the delivery car coming down the street. I go to the door ready to pay, only to find the delivery girl is trying to deliver my pizza to my neighbours two doors down from me. After finally getting my order, the pizza itself was well below the quality I used to expect from Karvanis, and as you can imagine with the delivery time, luke warm at best. Overall a very disappointing experience. Hopefully this is just a one off and not a sign of slipping standards. That being said, it will be some time before I decide to order from Karvanis again.
