First of all, you can't order directly from the store via phone. They route your calls through some call center in the Philippines and the people that answer are extremely rude. When I walked in the store, the place was empty. Only staff members. I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings and the total came to nearly $24 dollars. I've NEVER paid that much for a Pizza Hut pizza, only to look on the register and there was a flyer that advertised TWO large pizzas for $23. I asked the girl that took my order why this was so, and I was paying more for 1 pizza than for 2. She really had no answer and I found her a little curt to me as if she really didn't care if I was there or not. Maybe they had to make up for the day's loss with no one being in the dining room at all. When I got home the pizza was mediocre. Pizza hut refused to take my order on their premise because I would not give them my phone number citing that it was pizza hut policy. Checked with pizza hut corporate office and they assured me that if a person is physically on the premise they do not have to give phone number because they do not require that from patrons dining in. I am choosing to give Pizza Hut four stars based on the fact that we have had wonderful experiences with most of the drivers managers and staff. We have only had a delivery take longer than 45 minutes on one occasion. And The pizza and entire order was comped! Only one time did a delivery individual ask for a tip which is the reason why I am only giving four stars. It is unprofessional to ask for a tip this coming from a former waiter and bartender as well as delivery driver. My mother was quite upset with this disrespect. I am embarrassed to say that I TRIED to eat at this Pizza Hut. My husband and I had been on the road for 6 hours and hadn't eaten all day. We arrived late in T or C and throught that this was the only place open. When we walked in there was one guy on his phone behind the counter and a woman behind the counter who just glared at us. I'm from Wichita, KS, home of Pizza Hut Corp. I grew up on Pizza Hut pizza and have always loved it. My brother and I were here in T or C to help our sister work on her house, and were hungry and not in a mood to cook so ordered a large pineapple and ham pizza. We were going to eat it at the store, but when we arrived and stood at the cash register there were no employees in sight. We figured if we couldn't even get service to pay for a pizza at the register, we certainly weren't going to get service for drinks at a table, so when the employees finally came out of the back room (only after a considerable wait and after two other customers eventually came in and waited in line behind us), we paid for our pizza and took it home. This was absolutely the WORST pizza I have ever eaten in my life (store bought frozen pizzas included)! As far as we could tell, there was NO tomato sauce on the pizza at all, very little cheese, only a few little pieces of pineapple on each slice of pizza (think 3-4 per slice) and virtually no discernable ham on the pizza at all. The little we did find were only tiny little slivers. That was our pizza! Worst pizza I have ever had in my life, and amongst the worst service. Horrific service! These idiots ALL need to be fired! The Pizza Hut manager "Sid" who refused to give his last name, denied his restaurant ever received an order from us (after waiting an hour), then after we cancelled our credit card reasonably assuming our order had been intercepted by third parties. Later, "Sid" decided that he had received an order from our hotel and attempted to misdeliver it. Ultimately, we called the police because they had already charged us (so we're told) and the police officer told us we had to go to the restaurant to prove we were who WE said we were, never mind , we were the victims. Whatever you do, stay away from these morons. Pizza Hut National should hang it's head in shame over this restaurant, because I have always liked Pizza Hut in the past, however, given this bizarre response, I will NEVER return. Not only the worst pizza hut but the worst, overpriced grabage ever. I have eaten at many a pizza hut. This one was at least acceptible 5-6 years ago. I live here. I have tried all types of crusts. Thin is not as good as a saltine. Hand tossed is a bland vehichle for the few toppings one gets. And deep dish might as well be raw dough. A medium pizza delivered costs $20+ ! Sadley much better pizza is available on aisle six "frozen foods" at Bullocks grocery store. And they probably wouldn't charge nearly as much for delivery which they do. read more

THE WORST PIZZA EVER. Even if your are starving just drive on by. Not what we ordered, the dog would not even eat the crust because it was like skinny plywood.
