I was so excited to get a pizza hut pizza. It was a call in. I called from Walmart. Then went to the pizza hut. I was told it will be a minute. The pizza was cold when I slid my hand nder to take it. Plain ol pepperoni. Dry. Not edible. Same with the the bread sticks. I'm heartbroken. Can someone open a Little Caesars? read more

The GM Marius is a wholesome man. Pleasure to have communicated with. Had our food done in minutes.

We ordered over the phone, one medium Supreme pizza. Went into the store to pick it up. All went fine, no problems and staff was nice and professional. Pizza quality was good. I'm glad that we didn't decide to dine inside the restaurant. The inside really needs updating badly. Floor appeared very worn and dirty. read more

The pizza was good and the wait staff was friendly and helpful. In fact every time I've gone here, I get good service.

Can I just say, thank you Pizza Hit for making a delicious, perfectly crispy yet soft inside the crust, great red sauce and plentiful fresh toppings on my Supreme pan pizza! You're the only place in town that delivers, so as I'm watching a football game and cannot tear myself away to pick up a pizza, I'm grateful. Really sweet delivery guy too. Always a plus. Arrived fast. read more

I went to dine at this very unprofessional restaurant on February 18th and I over heard the manager his name was Angel talking very sexual to other employee's I was very offended and very uncomfortable he also told me I had to order at the counter because he did not feel like waiting on a table I decided to leave because I felt very uncomfortable because of the things he was saying to the other staff it was very unprofessional in my opinion read more

Pizza hut refused to take my order on their premise because I would not give them my phone number citing that it was pizza hut policy. Checked with pizza hut corporate office and they assured me that if a person is physically on the premise they do not have to give phone number because they do not require that from patrons dining in. The pizza hut employee was very unfriendly like my presence was disturbing him. Love pizza hut but not this one. 1 star rating. read more

I am choosing to give Pizza Hut four stars based on the fact that we have had wonderful experiences with most of the drivers managers and staff. We have only had a delivery take longer than 45 minutes on one occasion. And The pizza and entire order was comped! Only one time did a delivery individual ask for a tip which is the reason why I am only giving four stars. It is unprofessional to ask for a tip this coming from a former waiter and bartender as well as delivery driver. My mother was quite upset with this disrespect. Therefore the driver did not Receive any gratuity. Otherwise there would have been a more than substantial tip. read more

First of all, you can't order directly from the store via phone. They route your calls through some call center in the Philippines and the people that answer are extremely rude. When I walked in the store, the place was empty. Only staff members. I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings and the total came to nearly $24 dollars. I've NEVER paid that much for a Pizza Hut pizza, only to look on the register and there was a flyer that advertised TWO large pizzas for $23. I asked the girl that took my order why this was so, and I was paying more for 1 pizza than for 2. She really had no answer and I found her a little curt to me as if she really didn't care if I was there or not. Maybe they had to make up for the day's loss with no one being in the dining room at all. When I got home the pizza was mediocre. I've had better at the family owned stores around here and at other Pizza Hut restaurants. You might want to avoid this one. read more

I am embarrassed to say that I TRIED to eat at this Pizza Hut. My husband and I had been on the road for 6 hours and hadn't eaten all day. We arrived late in T or C and throught that this was the only place open. When we walked in there was one guy on his phone behind the counter and a woman behind the counter who just glared at us. No greeting. I walked over to the salad bar and back to the sign that said "wait to be seated." A moment later they said we could sit anywhere we wanted. There was NO ONE in the restaurant. We sat for 5 minutes without a greeting, menu, water or anything. Then left. read more

We got a large and medium pizza we got the medium first no problem but it took them 3 trys to get a large pizza which is incredibly stupid. If you work at a pizza hut you should know how to make a pizza and the place is infested with flys. Will not eat here again read more

Delivery is very expensive that's the reason I didn't been calling ,cancel my last order when they told how much is Delivery.

we got 2 pizzas and an 18 piece wings and it cost $80 which is ridiculous. The wings alone were $30 which is $10 more than the pizza I personal find this inexcusable because a lot of people isn't willing or able to pay that for that amount food, at that rate i could've ate at Los Arcos. read more

I'm from Wichita, KS, home of Pizza Hut Corp. I grew up on Pizza Hut pizza and have always loved it. My brother and I were here in T or C to help our sister work on her house, and were hungry and not in a mood to cook so ordered a large pineapple and ham pizza. We were going to eat it at the store, but when we arrived and stood at the cash register there were no employees in sight. We figured if we couldn't even get service to pay for a pizza at the register, we certainly weren't going to get service for drinks at a table, so when the employees finally came out of the back room (only after a considerable wait and after two other customers eventually came in and waited in line behind us), we paid for our pizza and took it home. This was absolutely the WORST pizza I have ever eaten in my life (store bought frozen pizzas included)! As far as we could tell, there was NO tomato sauce on the pizza at all, very little cheese, only a few little pieces of pineapple on each slice of pizza (think 3-4 per slice) and virtually no discernable ham on the pizza at all. The little we did find were only tiny little slivers. That was our pizza! Worst pizza I have ever had in my life, and amongst the worst service. I wouldn't go back to that Pizza Hut location if I had a coupon for a free pizza! It was that bad.... read more

First of all the pizza was over cooked on the edges. It was not delivered curbside when I arrived at the designated time, so after waiting twenty minutes, I went in to inquire. Our pizza was food. They made them with light sauce just as we asked. The pizzas were hot, fresh and ready for pick up when they promised them. Never had a problem with the staff. Pizza hut has definately gone down in quality since their beginning. Our order included the boneless wings. They tasted like hot dogs. Won't order those again. Horrific service! These idiots ALL need to be fired! The Pizza Hut manager "Sid" who refused to give his last name, denied his restaurant ever received an order from us (after waiting an hour), then after we cancelled our credit card reasonably assuming our order had been intercepted by third parties. Later, "Sid" decided that he had received an order from our hotel and attempted to misdeliver it. Ultimately, we called the police because they had already charged us (so we're told) and the police officer told us we had to go to the restaurant to prove we were who WE said we were, never mind , we were the victims. Whatever you do, stay away from these morons. Pizza Hut National should hang it's head in shame over this restaurant, because I have always liked Pizza Hut in the past, however, given this bizarre response, I will NEVER return. Thanks SID, amazing job! read more

Not only the worst pizza hut but the worst, overpriced grabage ever. I have eaten at many a pizza hut. This one was at least acceptible 5-6 years ago. I live here. I have tried all types of crusts. Thin is not as good as a saltine. Hand tossed is a bland vehichle for the few toppings one gets. And deep dish might as well be raw dough. A medium pizza delivered costs $20+ ! Sadley much better pizza is available on aisle six "frozen foods" at Bullocks grocery store. And they probably wouldn't charge nearly as much for delivery which they do. read more

THE WORST PIZZA EVER. Even if your are starving just drive on by. Not what we ordered, the dog would not even eat the crust because it was like skinny plywood. No sauce, no cheese, meat dried to a crisp. Will never eat there again. We have eaten here in the past and it was at least edible, but that has changed. read more
