I spent almost 100 dollars to have them deliver extremely burnt bread sticks. when I called regarding this, Savannah, the "manager", was extremely rude! If I could leave less than one I would. First of all I lose my memory every 6 months about what a bad experience I have here. The online ordering platform leaves menu items that the local store does not have. Ordering a salad is and actually getting it is like a miracle. The food is either good or bad, there is no in between. The good is about 10%. Tonight my order came without the salad I ordered. The pizza was almost cooked. The wings were blah. Our delivery driver was 3rd party and went back for my salad and I believe he prepared it himself! (Thank you do the driver who really just tried his best). Over and over again my small town Pizza Hut disappoints. This really will be my last time to ever order from them again. I work to hard and can't afford 50$ worth of poop. read more

I've ordered here a few times. Usually quite good. When I saw the ad for new Tavern Pizza, I ordered a double pepperoni. It was quite bad. Unpleasant cracker-like crust, hardly any sauce and the guy didn't cut it into squares (even though there was a poster hanging over the area saying how to cut it). The pizza was equivalent to a poor frozen pizza. And the crust was so cooked you could not warm it the next day. FAIL ! read more

I placed a carry out order, and didn't receive all my items. I called multiple times to resolve this issue, the first person that answered was oriental, very hard to understand, and extremely rude. She had no customer service skills, and was not apologetic at all, and basically called me a liar. I had the receipt with the item on it, and she was arguing with me telling me I didn't order the item, I was charged for it, and didn't receive it. she hung up on me, and I tried calling back 4 times and hung up on me every time. We ended up driving back to the restaurant to talk to someone to resolve the issue. the cooks, and man up front helped me out and refunded me, they were great. read more

I don't usually complain about things, but yesterday I made a huge mistake. I was working in the gallery and I had a craving for pizza. I did a Google search for take out pizza after a quick call to High Desert Pies (they don't do take out) and decided to try Pizza Hut: I should have known better. I ordered a chicken and bacon pizza online: I ordered at a little before 4 PM and scheduled to pick it up at 5 on my way home. I paid extra for some banana peppers. Yesterday was hot: in the low 90's. I arrived at Pizza Hut right at 5 PM. I called to check in and they told me my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes because the were very busy. I ended up sitting in their parking lot for nearly a half hour. They were not busy: only one other car pulled into their lot the whole time and two delivery cars parked near me didn't move while I was there. When the guy finally brought out my pizza he did apologize, but it was really too late at that point. It doesn't take a half hour to make a pizza. When I got home and opened the box, it looked like a cheap frozen pizza from Walmart. The only difference is I stupidly paid $25 for a really crappy medium-sized pizza. There was virtually no cheese on the pizza, only two or three slivers of canned chicken on each slice, almost no sauce, six slices of red onion (on eight slices), and no banana peppers that I paid extra for. I have ordered from Dominos a couple of times before and while the pizza wasn't great, it was much tastier than what I got yesterday at Pizza Hut. The Dominos pizzas had cheese and sauce and a reasonable amount of toppings. I would definitely recommend not ordering from Pizza Hut in the future. read more

First, I called twice and the person just picked up the phone and hung it up immediately. They didn't want to do there job and take an order. I should have stopped there but I was in a hotel and tired and didn't want to leave to get dinner. I ordered online and when the pizza was delivered it was completely destroyed. I thought it was strange that box would not close all the way when I was walking back to my room. When opened it I saw why. I then had to drive to the Pizza Hut to get a refund. Yet, this is still the only pizza place where you can actually go in and sit down for table service. And since Pizza Hut is still the most popular chain, (thanks to heavy TV ads, and $5 deals) you are going to experience some wait times for your order. I mainly order delivery, but have ordered carryout (when we lived out of delivery limits) and dined-in. The one time I dined here, the entire restaurant was filthy. They also messed up our order, despite writing it down properly. When picking up for carryout, there was always more of a wait than the time given. The delivery people are, most often times, very thorough and pleasant (one in particular, a guy, is always polite and reads our entire order aloud upon arrival). The food is always delicious, and despite the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant, we have never gotten sick or anything - so I'm assuming the kitchen is much cleaner (I hope). I recommend this restaurant to anyone who can get delivery, but don't for those of whom want to dine-in. read more

Well things have changed here at the Pizza Hut. And for the way way better. How wonderful. The staff on the phone was so patient and helpful about possibilities. Upon entering to pick up the to go pizzas I was very pleasantly greeted and welcomed. The Order was not quite ready (I was early) and I watched a bit of football and very soon the order was called. The pizza was wonderful. It changed my wife and my opinions of this Pizza Hut. The crust was wonderful and the toppings were tasty. Mixed with the sauce made for a real good pies. Do not order delivery from this place. I've had bad experiences in the past but then given them another chance. Never again. Today they apparently didn't have any drivers available to work, that's okay I get that I understand and not their fault. Life happens. However I ordered online and was waiting for an over an hour for my pizza to be delivered. In the store, they just cancelled it and didn't even bother to call me. Just cancelled my order and went on about their lives while I sat here waiting for my pizza. I also don't know if my credit card will still be charged so that might be a future headache for me. After an hour of waiting I finally called them and they acted kind of clueless even though they obviously knew what had happened someone just canceled my order and didn't even bother to call me. They didn't seem too terribly concerned about my terrible experience either just kind of a verbal shrug like whatever. We have Papa John's and Domino's that at their worst will actually deliver a pizza to your house. Even if the order isn't perfect you'll actually get a pizza, or if for some reason they were unable to deliver they would actually call you. I can't speak to the dining experience at this place because I've never eaten there, but I see enough reviews that would make me question that experience as well. read more
