Thin crispy wood fired style pizza. I've been here 3 times now. Have tried a couple different topping combinations but have settled on the cheese. Get it fresh out of the oven for best result. Very small walk in kiosk barely accommodates 2 adults but that's part of the aura. Order by the slice cheese is $3.80 up to $5 and change for added toppings. Beverages include soft drinks. Friendly service. A regular pizza stop for us when in Silver. read more

Forrest's Pizza - Street side. Great pizza by the slice $. - Pizza Near Me - Silver City, New Mexico

First time visit with high hopes but was underwhelmed overall. Quirky brick & mortar "food truck" kinda thing, with retro vibes & limited outdoor only seating. In the heart of downtown. It's a hopping place for local pizza. The Popeye pizza, while looked & smelled amazing, I found it to be an overall disappoint. It was bland yet bitter due to the excessive amount of raw garlic peppered all over. The pizza lacked salt & the crust was rubbery & tough (in their defense it's currently monsoon season & humidity can really affect the dough quality). The 3 people working were very nice for the little interaction we had. read more

One of the best pizza joints I've ever been too! 10/10. I always make sure to stop in anytime I come through SC.

I already reviewed this place - mentioned how great their Popeye Pizza was in my first review. Today we got the Marilyn, which was Italian sausage, basil, and ricotta on an olive oil crust? SO GOOD! Heavenly. The people are always so friendly in this little gem of a pizza spot. Highly recommend! read more

Ordered rhe 14-inch Hawaii Five 0 and 6 garlic knots with marinara sauce. It was delicious. The pizza crust was so good. We walked over from The Murray Hotel -- less than a mile. We got there at appointed time and it was ready. Great to support local when we can. Of we head back, we will definitely order from here. There was outdoor seating but it was too hot. No indoor seating. read more

Best pizza in town . Nice people too ! Wish they were open Sundays but all and all excellent !

Forrest's Pizza - Big delicious slice - Pizza Near Me - Silver City, New Mexico

Simply really good pizza. All of us praised it. It is even better the next day. They are a jewel in Silver city

We were in the plaza and someone mentioned to us that they sell by the slice. I will say that it's somewhat pricey. $9 for two slices and $2.50 for a can of soda. However, the Pizza itself is pretty good. The crust was crispy and thin. Will definitely come back to try another flavor soon. read more

We've traveled all over and this is the top of the line for pizza. The dough is absolutely perfect. Toppings are flavorful and fresh. This time we tried the garlic knots and cinnamon knots and they were perfect. Parking can be a little challenging at times and no indoor seating but wellworth any inconvenience. This is a must for anyone in the mood for pizza. read more

I bought a slice of plain cheese and really enjoyed the flavor. Taking a point off for limp crust I walked in, asked for a slice of cheese pizza, and she handed it to me on a paper plate after I paid for it. read more

Best pizza in Silver City. If you're looking for wood oven pie Italian style then give zocalo a try.

I had my first pizza the a 14 inch fresh Mushroom. I met the owner, he said the best pizza in Southern New Mexico. I have to agree. A David Portenoy rating would be 7.0 If he ate there maybe higher. read more

Best pizza in the area. Located in the Hub. Carryout only, but there is some seating. Nice, chewy crust and fresh toppings. A little pricey, but a good meal for sure. read more

One last review as we don't plan on ordering Forrest's pizza anymore. This last time we ordered our usual, and asked (and paid for) double mushrooms. We were given a time to pick it up and when we got there, the pizza had evidently been sitting for some time. The pizza was cold and there was a meager amount of mushrooms, yet again. It was obvious they forgot one ingredient because the scant pieces were falling off, obviously thrown on after the pie was baked. We paid $38 for this, including a few bucks for the staff. But it's like pulling teeth to get these guys to throw on double mushrooms -- we're not requesting truffles, people! Thanks but no thanks; we're done. read more

The pizza was good, the crust was delicious. No complaints, only compliments. Worth a try!

Amazing pizza! If you're a NY style pizza lover this place is a must. What makes it even better is the friendly owners & great service. Oh, and don't forget to add NM green chile to it. read more

It's not called "Forrest's pizza" anymore. It's like the hub or something. If you don't know it's there, you won't see it. It's in front of the ice cream spot. I had asked the girl at the front if they had any pepperoni coming out and she said not for at least 15 minutes because It is shift change and she needs to count her change. I just said ok and got a cheese slice. It was super good. When they put it in the oven the crust gets a nice crisp to it. If I lived in this area I'd come here often. read more

Lovely location and good food. My kid was very happy with the cheese pizza. The garlic knots are totally worth it. I do wish they didn't have 5 city trash cans right outside the door where you sit and eat. The wait was 45 minutes and when we came back at our given time, the pizza was cold. We could've had a shorter wait time and warmer pizza. Still very much enjoyed our food and the hub and will be back. read more

The best! Real perfect pizza with fresh toppings, delicious sauce and the crust is the best ever! You can tell these guys take their craft seriously and every pie I've bought there has been fantastic! I'm a full time RV'er and Forrest Pizza is my first stop when arriving in Silver City NM! Only place I get pizza when I'm in town. Never ever disappointed!!!. Been my favorite for at least 5 yrs

Great pizza... service is good but slower since it's a small place and all homemade. But best pizza in Silver

I've got to say this pizza is extremely good and would highly recommend it. I got the Angles pie and it's all about the crust and I must say it was on point. Plus the toppings are super fresh and just the right amount. I would definitely go back plus I'm a huge proponent of helping out a mom and pop shop(s) before a chain restaurant. read more

Amazing good pizza, best in the south west. Kim and forest are great people with excellent staff. Worth the trip anytime

The pizza here is excellent. Do not waste time wondering if it will be worth it because it is. I live in a large city in Arizona and there is nothing here (except for maybe one place) that is as good as Forrest's Pizza. The sauce, the crust, phenomenal. read more

Pizzas are tasty. Made to order except when ordering by slice of what's available as shown in display. Canned & bottled drinks and desserts are available. Eat at tables outside or take out only. I enjoy. No fun on cold or windy days, but otherwise, comfy. But you can eat it in your car too! read more

These guys make great pizza and I have had pizza all over world . Four stars instead of five due the salt factor. WARNING : The meatball sandwich is a very tasty salt sandwich with meatballs. read more

The pizza is fantastic, the older man at the counter is like an evil Tommy Chong. He is extremely rude. They lose a star for customer service and lose a star for customer experience. It takes a minimum of one hour, but usually two hours for them to make a whole pizza for you. If you plan on ordering, call before 4 pm, they regularly run out of pizza, so order early. I will not buy from them when grumpy gus is working. The pizza is awesome, the experience leaves a lot to be desired. read more

Best pizza in town, by far! Grab a pizza, a 6 pack on your way home and enjoy! Awesome pizza made by great people.

Great homemade pizza! Homemade sauce and dough! Must try! The dough is crunch, tasty and soft in the middle of the crust. Garlic knots a must have! Fresh toppings for pizza! Cute court yard and shops in The Hub Plaza. So there's picnic tables for outside eating. You can order to go and take it home or eat at the picnic tables after a day of shopping! Pizza by the slice is usually at 11 to 2pm. read more
