I ordered using a coupon for $19.99 deal. The deal included 2 one topping pizzas, parmesean bread bites, and cinnamon twists. I ordered two dipping sauces for the pizza, but I have never had to order the icing for the cinnamon twists separately. By the time they added delivery and tax it was $30. I called them about the icing, and was told they would bring it. It took them over an hour, but they finally brought me 3 of them. Pizza was good. read more

Placed an order for a medium pizza and breadsticks through the app and the process was fast and easy. Our delivery time was quoted about 35 min but it arrived much faster then that. The delivery driver was the best! He was so friendly. He also said he had brought us plates and cute dominos plastic cups since he noticed we were staying at a hotel. The pizza was good! I don't know if I ordered on the wrong day but I got an awful pizza today. Actually two... It was like I was eating bread with cheese. I realize they're here to make money but how does anyone expect to make money when they put a teaspoon of sauce on it. I'm a firm believer that the sauce makes the pie. Received the wrong order even though I paid $40. Took a long time to get it corrected

I have a coupon for a free pizza that I tried to redeem it on the app. Wouldnt don't cause the order (I also ordered a 2 l.Coke) didn't come to $15. So when did "free" cost $15? That smells like bait and switch. Called the store and the mgr.had no idea what to do. Can we say incompetent,kiddies? I made an online order at 3:31PM - their pizza gauge thingy said my order would be ready (for pick up) at 3:51PM - 4:01PM. I arrived at the drive up window at 4:01PM - when the young employee opened the window, she said nothing - I then said "I've come for my order", then gave her my name. She said, oh we haven't had a chance to start your order yet. Then she was laughing with someone else inside. I then asked "why?" - then she said "what was your order number?" I said "I don't know the number", but gave her my name again. Then she said again "we haven't started your order yet". I told her to cancel it - to which she immediately said "okay". So was in town on business, staying at a hotel. I am used to ordering from local Domino's around the state. So I have a pretty good idea what different items are supposed to be like. In this case the thin crust double pepperoni pizza was as expected and I enjoyed it. Issue was that I did not get the garlic dipping sauce I ordered and the parmesan bites were not the way they are supposed to be. They usually have a sort of buttery parmesan coating on them these ones did not. They just had dry parmesan sprinkled on them and that was it. Very disappointing. read more

Ordered hand tossed crust w/garlic....no garlic. Bland! Paid for extra cheese, seriously? Amount of cheese was NOT extra. Except for Italian sausage, all other ingredients extremely skimpy. Pizza was awesome!! But arrived at hotel with no plates, no napkins, no drink or dipping sauce that I had ordered. Delivery guy was nice and gave me $2 out of his pocket to make up for soda-- but still had paid for sauce that I didn't get. . I would think delivering to a hotel they would at least send napkins. read more

They don't answer their phone at Deming NM location. Have been hung up directly on 3 times. If you don't want the business, by all means please say so. I would do the same at my business. Do yourself a favor...visit any competitor. realistically anything would be better read more

First attempt we ordered 3 pizzas. 2 were cold. One thin crust, the crust was soft, toppings were cold and not completely cooked. Called and complained. They sent another pizza. We get it in the house to find they gave us the wrong pizza. Normally I would say the delivery person messed up, however the label on the box read correctly, but didn't match the pizza. Money down the drain, didn't even bother complaining again. Oh, they made sure to insist we returned the first crap pizza that they replaced...with the wrong pizza. read more

My ALL-TIME favorite pizza in Deming! They always have a great carry out special going on and the Manager is always so great and very nice! There's this older lady that you get once in a while that's pretty rude but their great pizza makes up for it. Love this place I'll never go to Pizza Hut or Little Caesars ever again. BTW, If you haven't tried their lava cakes then you're really missing out! read more

The order was fun to place with the site layout, all the specials were easy to find and figure out. The food was fixed perfect and the delivery was made easily within the time estimated, the only reason this is not 5 star is the driver forgot our sodas and had to return with them. Over all I will recommend Domino's to folks when they want to order pizza. read more

I called in an order last night and a work was sooo rude to me on the phone. She told me they were "soo busy" like i was making her job sooo much harder, i walk in an nobody was in there. We paid over $25 for a large pizza because we wanted A LOT of certain toppings which we paid extra for, and it just didn't seem like we got DOUBLE anything. The pizza tasted good, but what we got for our money was not worth it. I liked the Cinn-a-stix...very yummy. I liked ordering online because it was easy and it had pictures and seeing the progress of the pizza toppings as you added them was cool, not to mention the pizza tracker was awesome! We enjoyed watching the progress. Pizza came in a decent amount of time, and this time the driver DID NOT forget the plates and napkins (as we are in a Hotel, which should come standard in any hotel order), because almost 99% of the time they forget to bring something we've asked for when ordering over the phone. But this was our first time ordering online and luckily there was some space to leave instructions for the driver...however, I have little confidence in notes on the order because many many times in the past I've ordered on the phone and stressed how much we needed plates and napkins etc and they order taker has said they put a note for the driver, but somehow, the plates napkins parm & peppers, or something else was missed. This time I did call after ordering online because I really wanted to emphasize the importance of someone there making sure we got all we needed, and that it got to us the first time. I suggest there be a note section for ordering online so one can add the specifics that they want to make sure comes with their order, and I suggest that this company really makes an effort to help their staff learn to communicate and pay attention to details. This Domino's wasn't too bad an everything came as we asked the first time so, thank you. My fiancée and I are truck drivers so we stay in hotels all over the U.S. and we often order pizza as pizza is usually one of the only restaurants that delivers late and is usually reasonably priced, and we have experienced a lot of problems from Domino's in many city's and I think that my suggestions aren't just a franchise problem, it's a corporate policy problem and it needs to be addressed. We are also a little shocked that parm packets are no longer given free with an order. Which kinda irks us because we paid almost $40 for a large pizza and a 2 liter of coke, and cinnastix...I think the problem is because anytime in the past when asking for parm & peppers, they put like a whole handful of each with the pizza and I don't know who would use 11 packets of peppers for one pizza...maybe talking to staff about using some common (or not so common it seems) sense and give maybe 3-4 packets of peppers per large pizza and like 5-6 packets of parm per large. And have the order take ask if the people want those items or not to save money...then you might not have to charge the customer for parm which really turns us off. Just FYI. It might take a little more time, but I think customers APPRECIATE the little things and businesses and staff that PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS! Ask your staff..."What would you expect to get in your $40 pizza order"? I think a little more training needs to happen to make your company great. Thanks. read more
