This is a portion of the green peppers I did not ask for.

I used to love to eat at this restaurant. They had the best crispiest pizza around, it just seemed way better than regular Pizza Huts. On May 31st I brought in a large group(7). The restaurant was not that busy. It looked like there were about nine people working behind the counter that day and in the kitchen. I was very specific in placing my order so that they understood my order. At first they told me they cannot make a thin crust pizza because they didn't have the right dough. They later tell me that they don't make the dough anymore it comes already processed and from another facility. I was really surprised to hear that. I guess that's another way to dumb everything down so that you operate like a robot. On one of the pizzas I specifically asked no green peppers please substitute pineapple instead. When the pizza came out they did the exact opposite, no pineapple on the pizza and lots of green peppers. Some of the pizza did not have any sauce on it. All of our orders came out wrong that day. We were so famished and after waiting almost an hour to get our food we just went ahead and ate it. I didn't ask for a discount or to see a manager or anything else. If you would've seen the staff that day you'd understand. I think Pizza Hut should take a good hard look at this facility and make a guest appearance or maybe an unidentified appearance to see how their product is being served. I'm guessing they already know this since they're the ones making the decision to bring the dough in from another facility. Here's a few pictures of what we experienced that day. I've seen the changes come around with this restaurant. Pizza Hut used to be spot on, in all of their pizza and products. First they do away with the salad bar and buffet. I get it during Covid it seemed like that was the SOP at the time. but now we know the real story on that by itself. So I guess they made an executive decision not to bring back a salad bar or a buffet which they were both famous for pre-Covid. I'm not sure how much more clearly I could've stated in my order since I went up to the front and talked to a manager before they made my pizzas. I had to convince them that they could make my pizza in a medium instead of a large since they didn't have the crust to make a large. I'm still a little confused about the whole process, they tell me it's not the same dough that they used on thin crust as a regular pizza. Seems like it used to be that way? This used to be one of my regular stops when going through shell knob. I'm sorry to say I could care less if I ever eat at this particular establishment again. I ordered about four pizzas that day and my bill was over $100. I'm guessing that's why they won't bring the buffet back, I could've spent about maybe $50-$60 on a buffet and gotten all kinds of pizza and a salad bar. Now you have to pay for salad separately. And by the way the description of the salad on the menu does not resemble anything that they bring out on a plate. I've had better pizza from the grocery store. Normally when you buy a thin crust pizza it's very crispy it comes out of the oven. You couldn't take this pizza off the tray without a spatula. Floppiest thin crust pizza I've ever seen. Hope this helps somebody else with their dining choice in Shell knob.

You might say to yourself: "Hey! Chain store pizza is just pizza! All chain pizza restaurants are created equal!" and usually you would be right. WRONG. This Pizza Hut has one pretty spectacular quality that sets it apart from others. Aside from the fact that it is probably the only pizza place within a 30 minute radius, this Pizza Hut has a DOCK. You heard me right, a dock. If you've spent a long day out on the lake and you're craving pizza, drive over to the Table Rock bridge, tie your boat up to the special dock, walk up the hill, and sit outside in your bathing suit and towel while waitresses bring you pizza, soda and beer. The food isn't spectacular, but how many other places can you get served pizza in your bathing suit at Table Rock Lake!?!

Love this place! Already highly regarded from their Fayetteville location, I was excited to try…read moretheir now Bentonville location and was impressed across the board. Delicious food, friendly service, fun atmosphere, it's got it all covered. From their wings to the catfish and having tried their sweet potato fries and potato salad, everything I've had here is great. I haven't had their *hottest* wings, but their hot wings have nice heat that I didn't find overwhelming. The staff is very friendly and attentive and I enjoy the music they play and they have some TVs going as well. The more I think about it the more I want to visit again immediately! Will definitely be back.

Buffalo, NY Native here-- hands down BEST chicken wings I have ever had outside of Buffalo…read more(counting 5 other states I've lived in). Comparing side by side I'm not sure I could tell a difference... and that's saying a lot because most restaurants don't know how to make a good basic hot chicken wing. The quality of the bone-in chicken wings were great... large wings, cooked well, mostly crispy, with plenty of sauce, huge dipping sauces, just like it's supposed to be. I'm so happy we discovered this place because it will be a new regular occasion. I'm a wing fanatic and every other place I have tried in the area (and most other areas) have not been worth writing a review over. THIS, however, I would write home about. Going to be coming back here often and taking out of town guests here regularly. So happy the restaurant moved to Bentonville.

Outstanding BBQ Flavor…read more My husband and I stopped in and the service was quick, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the bbq is outstanding. We ordered the brisket and pulled pork w/ white cheddar Mac and baked beans. Seriously superb and tasteful! My husband boasts about there being two different flavorings to the brisket vs the pulled pork. I have never been to a bbq restaurant and wanted to bring home the house sauce more than here. The house BBQ sauce is delicious, and luckily they do sell it for those like me, needing this flavor at home!

Legit Texas BBQ in Eureka Springs!…read more On a recent trip to Eureka, the kids and I were very unimpressed with service and how unfriendly people were. Sauced was one of two exceptions. The person behind teh counter said she was from Texas so maybe that had something to do with it. Sauced is worth a stop. We ordered a bunch of brisket, hand cut fries, and mac n cheese. The fries were excellent. It is hard to beat a perfectly cooked hand cut fry and these were amazing. The mac n cheese was also dang good. It was cheesy as could be and a great addition. The brisket? Well for starters, I wasn't expecting much. I didn't think Arkansas was known for brisket but I figured what the hell. This was some very good brisket. I would venture a guess that it is the best brisket in Eureka and unless there are some real Texas BBQ joints there, one of the best in all of Arkansas. Have I had better? Yes, in Houston or Dallas, but those are the BBQ meccas. This was solid Texas brisket and blew me away for Arkansas BBQ. If you find yourself in Eureka and love BBQ, get yourself to Sauced soon. My mouth is watering thinking about it.

We found out the restaurant is so good and so popular that it is imperative you make reservations 1-2 months in advance. Our reservations were for 7:15, and we arrived 20 minutes early and the restaurant was packed and so was the bar. So we returned with our party of 4 and at exactly 7:15PM and we were immediately seated. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming, amazing with the amount of people in the restaurant it was not loud and noisy. Rhonda was our server and she was Awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing. We truly enjoyed having Rhonda serve us. We had quail appetizers which were outstanding. My husband had a gin martini that was delicious. He ordered Filet Mignon and sauté crimni mushrooms and we shared a baked potato. I ordered the Salmon on a plank with the mushrooms. The salmon melted in your mouth the flavor was delicious. The filet Mignon was cooked perfectly, my husband said it was the best filet Mignon he had eaten. We highly recommend Grotto Wood Fired Grill and Wine. Next time we come to Eureka Springs we are dining here.

We showed up about 45 minutes early for our 8:30 reservation and did a quick walk through. Instead of waiting around, we wandered upstairs to The Stone House Tavern (right next door) for a drink, and here's the move: they serve the full Grotto menu. Same kitchen, totally different vibe. We grabbed a table and never left. The tavern has a cozy, dim-lit feel with a massive wall of books that immediately stands out. It's quiet, relaxed, and easy to actually enjoy a conversation no shouting over noise, no rushing through dinner. Service was great. Our server was kind, attentive, and we had a few genuine, easy conversations with her that made the whole experience feel even more relaxed. We started with the quail poppers and the baby romaine both solid, but more of a warm-up than the main event. The bone-in pork chop is the star. It's massive, cooked right, and easily shareable if you add a couple of sides. Don't skip the acorn squash it was one of the best things on the table. We also tried the full wings with three sauces, and those were just as good flavorful, not overdone, and a great balance to the heavier entrée. Overall, this place delivers on food, atmosphere, and experience. Bonus points for the upstairs "secret." We'd absolutely come back and probably go straight to the tavern again.
