The real problem here is the navigation of online orders and the lack of understanding employees have when it comes to implementing sales and deals themselves when it fails. Depending on the crew member you receive completely affects the outcome of your service. Overall not bad just clunky trying to actually order your food and receive it at special prices. read more

Why do you have a sign on your door that says your hours are 10:30am-1:00am, and then tell paying customers you close at 9:00pm when they walk in at 9:12pm. Definitely not good way to run a business. Just moved here from California and really was craving Pizza Hut. We were discouraged to come before because of the negative reviews, but decided to make our own judgement this time around. We went into the store for carry out on a Saturday night. The estimated time that given to us was about 15 minutes. We got our food promptly, if not earlier than expected. The only disappointment we had was that they didn't have Quepapas (tater tots filled with a mild jalapeño cheese). I'm not sure if its a product that this specific store doesn't carry, but they really need to add them to the menu! All in all, our food was on point and very delicious! Oh please... would someone in Selah or Yakima make a decent pizza PLEASE. Ordered the original crust with bacon and beef. Flavors okay but crust is soggy in the middle. Haven't been to Pizza Hut in a few years and this just reinforces why. So sorry Pizza Hut but we won't frequent you again. BTW the garlic knots would be better if the cheese was still gooey. After living here for nearly 15 years, I can honestly say that this Pizza Hut has NEVER had good customer service! Specials advertised on the website are not honored unless you place the order online. I called for help, and talked to 3 people without success! Gave 1 star cuz there is no 0 stars. 30 minutes to go thru very cumbersome navagation. 3 times was asked for card, why? 2 minutes after I got a call, told they didnt have that crust and had not had it for 2 or 3 months. My son odered it 2 weeks ago still has the receipt. She said she can substitute for another crust but it would cost more, I disagree ed cause I got confirmation off the website, and confirmation of my credit card for what the website said they had, she did agree to discout it when I told her of the confirmation. 10 minutes late so far. I did speak to manager when I call them back after I found out my son he had that crust two weeks ago he told me the spray machine that makes that crust was broke pizza was already being made he would have to brush it on. Which I found out they did ok at when they delivered it 20 minutes late lukewarm. I told db manager not to have his staff lie to custumers he tried to make excuses for. Lot of difference between not made for two or three months and machine is broke. Bottom line, dont lie to your customers. And try to overcharge for whats advertised and not available. read more

Wouldn't recommend. I arrived here from a long drive at 11:34pm on a Saturday. The place shows closing in 25 mins. The staff saw us park outside and ran inside. Irrespective of us knocking on the door (we needed a to go) the staff gave us a cold shoulder. Wouldn't even give the one star. read more

So pizza hut refuses to send an email to me but emails yelp to take down my review so ill rewrite it. during my experiences here i have twice ordered a large and got a medium. another time i came in and the cashier who handled my cash also handled the mop and my food without washing hands and was under the influence of a hard drug i cant identify. it was very awkward. the pizza quality is below par for pizza hut. any other pizza hut in town will put more care in your food. my last order was delivery. my pizza got here in 25 minutes without CHEESE...NO CHEESE?! when i called a teen answered the phone and argued with me and said it had cheese on it and what im saying was "highly unlikely" so it would be and hapour and a half before they would deliver another one to me. i have contacted corporate 6 times. the owners refuse to even send me and email after we have given them two. We ordered from a pizza hut in yakima. Wanted thin crust told by Savannah not available with big box....pizza arrived 10 minutes after quoted time, 55 minutes. Medium round pizza came, pan crust. Called on hold 9:09 just to complain. Boy who answered said it wouldn't matter if I talked to the manager Layla, and it didn't. She didn't listen,didn't care, horrible manager.
