The pizza was great. Although they made an error on my order they made it right very fast and it turned out great. Great food, great service and very pleasant people I talked to. read more

Recently moved here from Denver, I decided to try Pizza Hut on W. 27th St. They've always had a good reputation, so why not? As I entered the restaurant, my first clue was that there were no customers, even though it was lunchtime. There was food all over the floor, which looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The carpet was sticky, and it obviously needed cleaning. Next sat at the table that night that had not been cleaned. The shakers were filthy and coated in grime and afraid to touch. The chairs had not been touched in months and we're sticky, dirty, and very unsanitized. Next came the Pizza what a disappointment! I only saw a waitress once, and that was to bring the pizza to us and never again. Had to go to the register and pay please avoid the bathroom, which was not any cleaner. The bathrooms at Walmart are five stars compared to this restaurant. I blame management and the owners for allowing this to happen obviously no direction was given to staff on what to do. For Health reasons alone this place should be totally avoided. read more

Horrible costumer service. I called to complain about my order taking more than a hour, and the person who answered was very rude. I didn't even want my order anymore. read more

The manager was very nice when we arrived. Sat my family in a corner booth away from everyone else with a bulb out in the light fixture overhead in the dark. We ordered a breadstick appetizer and two pizzas, one of which should have been a specific crust already. The waitress forgot to ask our crust preference for the other pizza and came back. Our appetizer came with our pizzas, and one of the pizzas had the wrong crust. We did not have enough silverware for all of us either. I used to work in hospitality- I know stuff happens. Then, I took my little girl to the bathroom- absolutely disgusting. With service the way it was and cleanliness, would not recommend and would not visit again. read more

Completely incompetent management and delivery service. Two of the last three times I ordered I never received the order or it was crazy late. This last time the manager didn't even know what happened to the order at all. Still waiting 90 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. Done w these fools. Order at your own risk. I know I won't be ever again. read more

This was by far the WORST pizza I have ever eaten. Why did I eat it? Because the final cost with delivery was $40 and I don't have that kind of money to throw into the garbage. The crust was soggy--barely cooked--and the onions were half raw. And it was delivered to me ice cold. Never again. read more

I ordered through the app last night. Got the notification it was out for delivery. All good so far. 30 minutes comes and goes and no food. No expectation of a delayed delivery was given. I called and was told the driver will be there in a few minutes. I wait. We pass an hour since the notice it's out for delivery and still no food. I call back and am promptly hung up on. I call back and am told the driver will be there any minute. I'm not satisfied and they get a so-called manager on the line after a long hold. Still nothing. They can't locate their driver. I ask for a refund. I'm told that they can't do it but the GM will be in, in the morning. I ask for a call back. The food shows up cold and about 90 minutes after it should have been delivered. I called and let them and told Chris the manager last night I still expected the refund and call back and was assured I'd get it. I didn't. I called today and am told the GM isn't in today. They did offer to remake the order but I declined. I just want my refund. I'm told again that when a manager comes in they will take care of it and I will get a call. We'll see. read more

I was in town and thought that a Pizza hut lunch buffet sounded good...worst mistake I could have made. They didn't have a salad bar set up nor did they even offer us some. They had no selection of pizza. The entire time we were there they only put out 5 pizzas and the restaurant was half full, and they were only basic pizzas, nothing special at all. One pan cheese, one pan sausage, one peperoni and they did have a ham and pineapple and one sausage and onion. The pasta pan was almost empty and dried out. We had to go up and ask for drinks as they never stopped by the table. There were 3 of us and my bill came to almost $40 and they never offered a discount or anything for the buffet considering half of it was missing. I could have ordered a large specialty pizza and drinks and actually paid less and it would have been a better experience. One of the worst experiences at a restaurant in over 20 years of working and managing restaurants. Will never again go to Pizza hut in Scottsbluff and in all honesty I will probably not eat at a Pizza hut again. read more

We had a large order that amounted to around $90. It was delivered cold and incorrect. I spent a lot of time on chat support hoping I'd get a couple coupons but they offered to refund my whole order. I was happy with that. Three weeks later I wasn't refunded so I emailed explaining everything again...twice. I still haven't heard anything back. Horrible customer service. read more

Well, where do I start? 1. My wife and I arrived at the Scottsbluff, NE restaurant at 5:15 pm. 2. There was ONE individual seated in the restaurant at the time we arrived. He had already ordered. 3. Our server waited on us promptly and we ordered within 5 minutes. We ordered two personal pan pizzas. 4. We began inquiring about the prolonged wait after about 35 minutes. We (along with the other sole in-house customer) were told by multiple individuals, several different times that the pizzas would be out shortly. 5. At 6:10 our server Nate told us he had some good news and bad news. Good news was one pizza was ready. Bad news was that the other had "fallen apart". I told him to bring the one that was done, forget about the other one, and bring us our bill. 6. So, 55 minutes after walking in a nearly empty restaurant we were served one personal pan pizza. 7. Now the kicker. My bill reflected a charge of $7.38 for two glasses of water we had ordered. Is this really the current Pizza Hut policy? The little pizza we had was pretty good but I don't know what is going on at this establishment. It was a total train wreck tonight. Customers waiting forever for carry out as well. I felt for our server Nate. He was doing his best but an hour for two personal pizzas in an empty restaurant? Crazy read more

So after waiting five min for someone to even acknowledge I was standing there the gentleman working the dining area asked me If I had been helped and apologized for the oversight. He gets my order and something in me says to look at it but I wanted to get back home so I didn't. My fault because what they gave me was a burnt mess. The people who boxed this up knew it was over cooked so basically they just said oh well send it out anyway. Cheese sticks are not supposed to be hard and crunchy. read more

The Urbana store has a manager that goes above and beyond. During lunch buffet will make pizzas that people ask for, most places that have buffets won't do this they stick to what their told to make. This store is also on of the only ones that I have been able to get a well done pan pizza. Wait staff has been great when I have dined in. I don't use delivery so I don't know much about it. read more

Since my last review a couple years back, I've returned here and it has been much better all around. Service, Pizza comes out how it should, and my kids still love Pizza Hut! read more

This place has seen some rough years as of late. Used to be better maintained and run. But they still get the job done when it comes to pizza. Pizza is a pretty greasy but good on flavor, sauce and crust. Breadsticks are still top notch but the dipping sauce is less thick than it used to be. Also there is an extra room for larger parties or events. Service is okay and food is made fast. Location is great and parking is limited. read more

Great service and great food. Friendly dining experience. Love the atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone. For a enjoyable dinning experience

Ordered carry out of just a cheese pizza and hot wings. Waited in the lobby for an extra 20-minutes than the time our order was to be ready. Well the staff apparently was having a group party in the back because one staff left the building and went to Kelly Liquor across the street for a beverage. When we finally got our pizza it was over cooked and cold. I will NEVER go here again. The staff could have cared less about good service. read more

Pizza was amazing. They had an issue with one of them while it was cooking and they remade it super fast plus threw in a dessert. Customer service was fantastic. Definately recommend this to anyone. read more

Prices for delivery are ridiculously expensive for this town of 30,000 people. The guy on the phone told me it would be 19.99 for a medium one topping pizza. Thanks but no thanks. Need to work on the prices. This is why I go to Papa Johns or Dominos because of good pizza at a reasonable delivery price read more
