Use to be good food and service but ever since moved down the strip it has gotten worse. Placed order at 622 for 715pm pick up and still waiting at 745. Don't tell me anything so sitting here waiting so can feed my kids but cant do that now and put me behind on things. Just because they can't do their job more I missed out and lost money because now im behind and late for work. Dont tell me anything for over 30 minutes sitting there. I say im gona take the kid home then they finally say they remaking it and dont tell me why. Get home and they still mess up the order. Got cheese sticks but they gave regular breadsticks. This is the last straw for me. Also not a good look having employee eating at the register while on FaceTime. read more

We ordered three pizzas for delivery. After noting that the tracking doesn't work (forever says pizza is being prepared), I'll move on from there. We ordered all pizzas with extra sauce and they arrived with virtually none on any of them. There wasn't enough sauce to even consider the pizzas to have a normal amount on them. One diner had so little sauce he felt he was eating cheese bread and a second diner had no sauce at all in the middle of the pizza. We ended up tossing them all after one slice and won't be ordering from this location any more. read more

If they know what's best for their restaurant they need to fire whoever is currently working there as of August 13th 2025. I should NOT wait 25 minutes for my food when it's already done and sitting on a counter. I've never had problems but whoever they currently have needs to go. The cook was fast and the food is good. Who out pizza's the hut? Not many. Mainly because they don't have huts, but that doesn't change how amazing this pizza was. It was as cold as an iceberg, which was just perfect because I was burning up after working my 12.23 hour shift at the coal factory. My lungs may be dying, but my joy for this pizza isn't. Yeah I may have ordered it yesterday and finally got it. And yeah maybe they did give me the wrong order and now I'm in the hospital from an allergic reaction, but that doesn't change how amazing that pizza tasted. Even though I burned off my tastebuds working at the coal factory I could still taste that beautiful pizza. God bless fried turkey. read more

I ordered a Big New Yorker with extra cheese today and had a terrible experience. When I picked it up, I thought it felt very light but left Pizza Hut without looking in the box. I got home and found what appeared to be a very old pizza that did NOT have the double pepperoni a Big New Yorker has, nor did it have extra cheese whatsoever. It looked pathetic, as you can see for yourself. I tried calling Pizza Hut *SIX* times, but all calls go to a centralized call center, and upon connecting me with the local store, I was hung up on all 6 times. So, I drove back up to Pizza Hut and showed the pizza to the manager who made me a new one very quickly. I checked it before I left, and it still didn't have extra cheese, but I was starving and over fighting about it. Instead, I will NEVER order from the FM 3009 Pizza Hut in Schertz again. You have been warned! So, check your pizza before you leave this Pizza Hut, which is a very sad thing to have to double-check that your order was made correctly and that the pizza is fresh. read more

Had pizza delivered today (June 23, 2021) which was placed via online at 3:28pm, paid via Pizza Hut App and requested "CONTACTLESS DELIVERY". Tall white guy (5'9 or taller) wearing a red bandanna delivered my pizzas, rang my camera doorbell and stated he couldn't leave the pizza at the door because I "didn't complete the transaction online." I again, asked him to leave my pizzas on the little black bench at my front door and he again refused to do so as he replied, "Ma'am, you didn't complete your transaction online." Been to this restaurant over four times in the last four years. The sad part is. At one time it was good. Now it seems the owner doesn't really care about the business any more. I have heard from others 5hat the turn over is very high on employees. It's too bad this place would be doing great in California. It's weird of Texas people don't go to Pizza restaurants to eat inside. This place has a bar and plenty of seating. We went last night and the pizza was greasy and of things no ice. How do you run a restaurant without ice? The employees had the employees had the music on too loud. Plus one of them were singing along while customers came in to pick up to go orders. Cmon whoever owns this place. Get off your butt and run the place. If not it will be another restaurant gone do to lazy employees. read more

This location is the worst, heres why. The App and this location seem to not communicate. So if you do curbside well you get great parking to walk in and get your order, after the app fails and you call a call center and they lie to you that its on its way. Once inside they don't have a food rating clearly posted and i saw why. Standing at the to go window there was an employee walking around in the back eating around food prep. The fans above the food in heating racks are caked with filth. Those fans are blowing on to workers and or food they may be preparing. Buyer be warned. read more

The website is completely useless. Ordered on Super Bowl Sunday. Website tells me my food is ready. Go to pick it up and they tell me that there are still 11 pizzas ahead of me and to try back in around an hour. Now I have no idea when my food will be ready and get to go back at a random time and hope it might be ready. Every other pizza place has figured this out. read more

I remember a time when this Pizza Hut was on point. The dough was undercooked. Many times, there have been issues with the quality. I felt terrible a year ago picking up an order, seeing a long line. A nice man in bussiness attire told me it would be a wait. I looked over to see the elderly couple sitting at a table, as they opened their pizza to discover it was the wrong order. Many ppl were unhappy, to top it off somehow my order jumped the line and my pizza came out before anyone else's, I felt so bad. Either way, time and time again, the quality is just not the same. read more

My family and I have visited this Pizza Hut a few times for pick up or delivery. We decided to do the lunch buffet 1130am-130pm today. It was actually exciting because it was busy. That's a good thing. They got me with all you can eat salad bar. Where can you get an all you can eat salad bar for $5.99 but this includes pizza, pasta and more. The food was great. We enjoyed the fresh salad and pizza that just kept coming out. We go to Anchor Bar, which is a sports bar, to watch the game. However, they close at 9 which is long before any game is over. 2 weeks ago they turned the TVs off when it went into overtime...so my husband and I, dissappointingly, started walking home, as we live within a mile of the place. We saw the TVs on in Pizza Hut and saw they were open until 11 and they allowed us to watch the game with MUCH cheaper beer and a welcoming vibe. Tonight we left Anchor bar right after close as they were trying to close up and went straight to Pizza Hut. The bartender, Irene, stayed late for us and was THE BEST bartender/server we have had in a long time. So welcoming and engaging and even found us better prices without asking. We will be coming back just because of her. Thanks for the great service and conversation, Irene! They are lucky to have you as an employee! read more

We spent over 70 dollars on pizza when we got our food delivered the food was burnt. We called the location spoke to the manager Olivia and she asked for pictures we sent these pictures in and she called us back and stated that her and her manager above her decided that the pizza was not burnt and that she could not give us our money back only option after a 10 min call was for us to drive from cibolo valley and bring in all the food for a refund. Terrible customer service . Never going here again. read more

First time trying Pizza Hut for several years and were disappointed with the service. We ordered 2 Supremo sandwiches and fries and when they arrived the entire order was at best room temp. Red flag there was no one in the restaurant when we got there ??? We got up to leave you could hear them laughing and talking in the back . Will not go back to that location. Horrible service. Little girl at counter was rude and basically yelling at me. They messed up my order TWICE. Even while I waited there for them to remake it. I just gave up and left. The workers in the back were socializing and only one was wearing gloves. The rude girl from the front was in the back with no gloves, on her phone and then preparing someone's food. Managers here clearly have no handle. Other people had issues with their orders too. Just go to the other one. read more

Whatever you do, don't order from this Pizza Hut. To say they're terrible is an understatement. Let me tell you what happened. I placed an order on the app for bread sticks, pan pizza, a thin and crispy pizza, and soda. I received an email stating my order would be ready at 7:40. We got there at 7:35 and the order wasn't ready and was told it would be another 15 mins or so. We go back in at 8:00 and it took another 10 mins for them to find the order. The thin and crispy was hard and inedible and the breadsticks were cold and doughy in the middle. Just nasty AF. I called that night to complain and after 3 attempts to the complaint line met with a busy signal and 3 more attempts going through the order number I finally was assured I would get a call from a district manger within 24 hours. Which never came. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called this evening and was told by the shift manager because the general manger was "too busy"' and since I didn't complain Friday ... which I did .. he wasn't going to do anything for me. Sooo ... hey... great ... y'all suck and no wonder your reviews are in the toilet. Buyer beware, your food will suck. You won't get treated well and you'll get ripped off. One star given because I have to give a star. Yelp needs to give us the ability to give negative as this Pizza Hut doesn't deserve anything positive. read more

Went on a Saturday around 1. Only one couple present. Waited at front to be seated per signs and waited 5 minutes before we walked to carry out and asked if we could sit. He apologized and we sat anywhere we'd like. My kid asked for chocolate milk and was told they don't have any. I asked for milk and got the same response. She finally settled on tea since she doesn't drink sodas. I asked for coffee. Same answer. I then asked for 8 lemon Pepper bone in wings and he opened his mouth to respond they only sell bone in with groups of 6. Had he said they dIdnt have any lemons pepper sauce I probably would have walked out. Anyhow the cheese pizza was delicious. Cheese sticks weRe cold and the wings weren't that great. Underneath the table looked like it had been swept either. The waiter did come by to ask how we were doing and if there was anything he could get. read more

On the outside this looks like a pretty nice Pizza Hut. Once you walk in you are clearly disappointed. The air conditioner has been out for over a month. The floor is sticky despite no customers dining. I shouldn't have even been inside being that I ordered curbside. However, no one came out to deliver my pizza so I went inside to see what the hold up was. I was a bit irritated as I saw at least 5 workers standing around doing nothing. I was told my pizza was just out of the oven. I said ok, I'll go back & wait in my vehicle parked in curbside. (Still waiting another 10 minutes.) Another 2 customers came in after me & ended up canceling their orders. This Pizza Hut either needs new management or needs to close so another restaurant can take over. read more

Ordered two heart shaped pizzas for early valentines, my girlfriend goes to pick it up yesterday 02-13-2020 and comes home furious at a lady (didn't get her name) because she was giving my gf a hard time with the order and had the worst attitude towards her. I was really close to calling the store to call and find out who that is with the worst customer service. Not only that the pizza was not even cut up, we had to find a kitchen knife or something to cut it up ourselves. Not to mention the pizza was not even cooked all the way! The crust was burnt and the center was cold and raw. That's ridiculous. Never ever coming back to this Pizza Hut again. read more

I would give this location zero stars if possible. They have delivered to my location for years and suddenly decided to not deliver anymore. We went for an early Saturday dinner around 5pm. Our waitress was very quiet and timid. The salad bar needed some serious help. This place is a joke now. Use to be good when they had a younger guy running the bar area, he actually cared about the customers. He would remember our drink order and had it for us as we were sitting down. He has good ideas for drink specials and others to bring in customers but owners/management would not listen to him. Then once he left most of his ideas were implemented, freaking sad for others to take credit for his ideas and plans. After that we stopped going to this Pizza Hut and would actually drive to one on Thousand Oaks and Jones maltsburger for there excellent service and appreciation for their customers. We returned a couple of times due to the 4.99 buffet but noticed the management still sucks and the only thing that saves them are the waitresses. I don't know how they do it and put up with horrible bosses. It will be a while, if ever, before we go back. They seem to be now a comedy club than a food service restaurant. When someone has to go up to the take out window for a refill don't joke around saying that you don't offer refills. It's not funny and makes you look like an ass. I work in retail and had for 10 days straight, not a time to mess with someone like that or is it ever a thing to do. So keep your damn refills, we won't be back. read more

I feel in past experiences with Pizza Huts, the manager would've apologized and offered like a free sprite or something. I got nothing and my nothing was COLD MARINARA SAUCE. My younger brother wanted pizza hut for his birthday dinner. So, reluctantly I ordered him some. Decided to try something new and do take out. Never have we done take out before! Considering it would take 15 minutes for the food to be ready, versus the usual 45 minute - hour wait time, I thought it was viable. The drive there does take about 15 minutes from my house, so IT WOULD BE SMARTER, RIGHT? I get there and my order just needed 5 more minutes to finish, which isn't bad. They give it to me, so I return home and find out the three sauces to my order was forgotten. So, wanting to give my brother an okay dinner experience (It's pizza hut HAHA), I drive back. Mind you by the time I get there again I would've spent 45 minutes driving. But again I don't mind. Some guy sees me waiting at the pick up window, and I tell him I was just there picking up my order not too long ago, found out they forget all the sauces and that I drove back to get i . He just laughs and calls the girl who had helped me earlier. She brings me the ranch sauce, and I tell her I had the garlic and also the marinara sauce. She brings me back the marinara sauce and tells me they were closing. It was 10 p.m. They close at 11 p.m. So she couldn't provide warm marinara sauce. I reminder her again I need my garlic sauce as well. And that was all. I walked out with three of my sauces. No apologies and no warm marinara sauce. By the time I arrived home I drove an HOUR for this order. I might as well ordered something in San Marcos. I'm writing this review the morning after and the pizza doesn't even taste good as a leftover. The glistening hope from my eyes have long become dull. Don't come here. GO LOCAL. read more

Customer service here is poor. Me and my family dined in to eat. First, no one was there to greet you or seat us, so we waited 5 minutes til I just got up a seated myself. Only one employee was serving and he was to overwhelm with orders and service to customers. The sad part, I counted at least 7-10 employees in the back. I'm not sure if they were drivers or cooks but no one came to help the server. We ordered a medium pizza and traditional wings. We received breaded wings and a over cooked pizza. I didn't say anything about the wings because my boys was hungry. But I did return the pizza for a better cooked one. Customer service here is hit and miss but never consistent. I prefer delivery which is usually pretty fast if you live close by. read more

Awful Pizza Hut Experience! Appalling Management! Absolutely terrible! Manager is extremely rude, insensitive and unprofessional. My online order was messed up, up returning home, one pizza was burnt the other was missing toppings.
