SEE PHOTOS On the back of the receipt you can do a survey so I completed the survey and you can receive a FREE 2 piece chicken and biscuit with a purchase of a large drink . So on 2-5-26 @3:50 pm I went back to Popeyes thinking just maybe they would get it right . As I drove up I told the lady at the drive thru order .. I had a validation code for the FREE 2 piece chicken with biscuit .When I got to the window she saw the receipt and questioned me about the looks of the receipt I told her Shimka gave it to me that way and her Shimka cel number was on top to call her to verify. She was looking at me like I was lying . I received my debt card back with receipt and the chicken and drink .I checked the chicken to make sure it was hot and what I ordered. Chicken was right . But today on 2~6~26 I go to do the survey and that lady at Popeyes charged my debt card for full price for the chicken and drink . I called Popeyes and told shamika and explained the problem she said let me call her , I think she called the lady from yesterday at the drive thru JAZZ. I told her you can't charge my debt card on a promotion deal . She said if I would of notice yesterday she could of refunded me .I said it was a promotional deal . I want my money back . All shemika wanted to do was ask me to go back in today and get the chicken and to do the survey to get the free 2 piece again . .. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS POPEYES IN RAYNE.. They were all in clean-up mode. I got out of the car and went to the door and the two employees that saw me turned and went to the back of the store. All they had to do was say we closed early or our hours had changed, but turning and ignoring us was unprofessional. Businesses wonder why they fail. Leave unprofessional employees unsupervised, and you get poor service and lost income. Very disappointing experience. On a side note, we went across the street to Candyland Cottage and Ice Cream Store and treated ourselves!
