We didn't realize until we had already driven all the way back to Moss Street from Carencro. When we called, the employee seemed very annoyed by the situation. We chose to go back, and when we arrived, the cups were partially thrown at my coworker and the staff was extremely rude. I then called to speak with a manager to calmly explain the situation, but the manager was also rude, dismissive, and ended up hanging up on me mid-conversation. Mistakes happen, and we completely understand that. What was disappointing was the way the situation was handled and the disrespect shown afterward. Because of this experience, our office will unfortunately no longer be supporting Pizza Amore in Carencro.
