The experience at this location was absolutely terrible. There was a sign stating that we needed to wait at the door to be seated. We stood at the door for approx. 3-5 minutes without being acknowledged. This led to us being confused on whether we should just sit down and wait for service or wait at the door to be seated. When we were finally acknowledged, the individual behind the counter said that we could just find a seat and someone would be with us shortly. Someone came to the table and gave us menus and asked us for our drink orders. Then we placed our food order on the app due to the waitress checking with management to verify we could eat an app purchased order in the store. We received confirmation that we could eat an app purchased meal at the restaurant. We placed our order on the app and the app told us it would be 15 minutes until our food was ready. We decided to get the salad bar and it was absolutely disgusting. My friend put the ranch on her salad and it was EXTREMELY sour. The time labels stated that the offerings on the salad bar were "fresh", but the ranch was EXTREMELY sour and the dressings were hard on the top making it appear like they were not being changed out when expired. The food on the salad bar appeared like the store has been switching the expiration labels without actually replacing the products offered on the salad bar. The carrots were also extremely slimy and the pickles had a weird taste as well. She asked me to try it (the salad dressing) to see if I agreed and I did. It was SO BAD I almost got sick and immediately spit the salad out in a napkin. I then went up to the counter and told the girl who was standing at the computers and she said she'd switch out the dressing. Even though we complained about the quality of the salad bar, the store still made us pay for my friend's plate. The souring of the dressing made my friend completely lose her appetite. After about 25 minutes of waiting, both myself and one of my friends went to the counter and our food had been ready and had just been sitting in the warmer instead of being brought out to us. We took our food back to our table and began eating it. The pizza was extremely dry and very underwhelming. The cheese sticks and the barbecue wings were surprisingly delicious considering our experience with the pizza and the salad bar. During our time there, we were only given our initial drinks and any additional refills we had to go to the counter to request. A couple of days later (today), we called the store as we placed another order thinking it was just a one off situation. We brought the food to the house and the pizza was EXTREMELY dry again. At this point, we determined that instead of the experience we had a couple of days ago being a one off situation, it appeared to be more of a quality control and customer service issue at the store. We called the store and spoke with someone by the name of Jeremy. He claimed to be the manager at the store. We informed him of our concerns at the store and he didn't even acknowledge our concerns nor did he apologize for our experiences at the store. Instead, he said, "Well... you're the only complaint we've had..." He was completely dismissive about everything and we just said that we would take our concerns to the corporate level in which he replied even more dismissively, "Okay... have a nice day." very sarcastically showing that he did not care. Based on the lack of a customer service mindset/attitude from the manager, it does not surprise me of the lack of customer service and quality standards at the store. I will also be contacting the Pike County Health Department to submit a formal complaint about the quality of the food at this establishment. Needless to say, unless you want poor quality food and the potential of getting sick from consuming food that is soured, I would recommend getting your Pizza from another local pizza restaurant. read more

I ordered two medium pizzas from this location, because the small is no longer an option. However they obviously still use the small pizza toppings ring on the medium to rip off customers. Here's two pictures where you can blatantly see they used a small size ring so they could short on cheese and toppings. Unbelievable how they rip off everyone in this small community. The owner should be ashamed!! Took it back and asked for a refund. Will never come here again. If you want pizza Gianni's or Casey's are much better options! read more

I should start this by saying I worked at more than one Pizza Hut for almost 2 1/2 years so I have a standard that should be met easily. Last night my family got a delivery and no it didn't take very long they made great time, but the food was horribly cold and they forgot 2 items, I was a delivery driver when I worked there and i understand forgetting some stuff but being blatantly rude when told about it is unacceptable. Two adults and two kids from out of town stopped in for pizza. Should have kept on going!~!!. 1. had to wait for a long time to be seated, wasn't that busy, 2. This may be the one of the few bright spots in Pittsfield. I had eaten at the Pizza Hut on Broadway in Quincy numerous times and had sworn off Pizza Hut because it was pretty awful. For some reason the Pittsfield Pizza Hut tastes like the Pizza Hut I remember. It's not great but has became the only place I look forward to other than the Courthouse Cafe and occasionally the outrageously priced Red Dome. read more

This place is horrible. The service is slow and the pizza after an hour waiting on it is not fit to eat. You have to keep asking to make sure they don't lose your order. Went for buffet. Not all salad bar containers had tongs so people were using one tong for multiple containers. Buffer pizza was limited in choices---cheese as well as pepperoni and sausage was it--dried out as well. Bread sticks were so dry they were hard as a rock. I have eaten here half a dozen times and the food is decent, it is fast food. The staff is friendly, but I fear that because of the size of the town the standards have fallen. Most people will not say anything because everyone knows everyone. My experience has been that the food looks good and tastes like it should, but on two separate occasions I have found hair baked into my pizza. The service is okay and everyone is nice, but again it is a small town and there is a sign that says, please wait to be seated, but the staff tell you to sit wherever. I hope that this review spurs the establishment to better their hygiene methods and service in the future. read more

Don't ever go here. Waited a hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered and got nothing after multiple phone calls. To top it off they won't even issue a refund for the pizzas I didn't get. Go anywhere else in Pittsfield and I promise better service then this dump! read more
