The new owners of giovanni's is one of if not the best. My little sister mentioned it was her birthday and the owner gave her a happy birthday and a cookie pizza. The cookie pizza was melty and loaded with chocolate. The service was a 5/5 the owner was the person taking our orders and he extremely friendly and checked up on us multiple times refilling our drinks and making sure everything was the way we liked it. Not only that when we ready to leave he offer togo cups and boxes for our meal and when we looked at our check he even gave a 10% discount deal. These negative reviews are definitely biased, or they've had bad experiences with the pervious owners.
