After ordering, a huge table of 12 people sat down nearby us, and our server was assigned to also help them. They got drinks immediately, and had bread coming out every 5 minutes. When I asked for another sweet tea, I didn't get it for 10 minutes and I only received it because the huge table also needed refills. Our food didn't come out until 40 minutes AFTER we ordered it (the restaurant only had 3 tables filled by then), and it took so long we were considering paying for our drinks and leaving to go to the Papa Johns next door since we still had a long drive home and it was 8pm! The cherry on top of this experience was that my friend found a black piece of hair in the spaghetti, and so she barely ate anything...(and she's a red head so it was obviously not hers).
