Service is super slow and the food is by far the worst of any little caesars i have had. I won't be back ever.

The pizza is fabulous, even though it tends to be a bit greasy if you get a meat pizza. We love…read moreit, though.

I gave Giovanni's in West Liberty, KY, five stars until I ordered a 19-inch cheese stick. Then…read moreagain, I think it was a 19-inch trash bin. The cheese and the dough did not adhere. When I returned on June 28th, they remade the cheese stick, and I checked it in the parking lot and got the same result. I went back in, got many excuses, and asked for a 10 and an 8. They said to come back in 10 minutes. I came back and got a 19-inch trash bin again. There was no adhesion for the cheese. They refused to replace it. I was told that is how the manager trained them to do it. I figured I would wait a few days for the new owner and see what he would do. He made excuses and told me to talk to the old owner. I have a sneaking feeling that even though he said he fired many of the people, the ones that were an issue are still there, like the manager who told them how to make it. I do not know for sure; it's just a feeling. If the process is as he tried to explain it to me, there is no wonder it is not working right at times. I also asked other Giovannis how I would replicate it, but they had no idea and were concerned about how it was done. I will include a picture of what I got the last time. I showed it to them before even leaving the establishment. I will drive to a different county if I want Giovanni's. I figured I would edit it and add this. This travesty is not one visit. It is two visits and three cheese sticks over three weeks, just in case you think it was a fluke. Two cheese sticks were done back to back.

We arrived near 2 pm with two hungry and cranky toddlers after a long drive. The establishment was…read moreclean and the Staff really friendly. We ordered pizza for the kids, a burger and fries for mom, and dad got a a pork tenderloin dinner with onion rings. We also ordered bread sticks. The food reminded us of a high end diner. The kids devoured their pizza. The breadsticks were better as leftovers when I added garlic powder to them the next day. But the rest of the meal was great. We were mostly just thrilled with the cleanliness, and attentive and kind staff. The bathrooms were very clean and the women's bathroom actually had a changing table...a rarity and so appreciated by this mom with two kiddos in diapers. One other note: there is another restaurant across the street that looks like a shack. The signage didn't stand out because we almost got back on the highway to find food. The name of the restaurant was missing, as you can see in the photo I took. We almost missed this place. We will be back.

Ok... Where do I…read morestart. We pull up and are greeted by a young woman that is running in and out of the restaurant barefoot. We get in and find our seat where we can watch the tv. We order our drinks and then wait, and wait. We finally get up to just start eating off the buffet. They had several pizzas sitting out that appeared to be setting out for a little while. But it's pizza so how bad could it be. Well I found out... and it's bad. And by bad, I mean Little Caesar's is better. So as we sit down with our first plate, the power shuts off because the electric company is working on it. So we eat in the dark and silence. The pizza is like warm and taste a little like school cafeteria food. We finish and pay and find out the buffet is $10.59! The buffet wasn't worth 5.99. I hate to be mean but there is just no way I can say that this is a good place. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because our waitress was very nice.
