The worst experience and pizza that tasted like cardboard. We arrived here for a quick bite, and we waited over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. After sitting down, a waitress came to our table and asked us what we wanted. She seemed out of it to the point where I wanted to ask what strain of weed she was smoking as she could barely get anything correct. We ordered 2 pizzas. 1 Hawaian and a Buffalo Chicken. We also ordered drinks which didn't come out until after the meal and they were incomplete at best. We asked for plates and none were provided. The waitress never came back to our table to ask how anything was. The pizza I had was plain chicken with no flavor. It was not even Buffalo chicken, and there was no sauce. My friend didn't even get cream and sugar for his coffee despite asking more than once. I complained to the manager and had to tell her 3 times that this issue was currently occurring as she had issues comprehending that we were currently dining at the restaurant. I would like to know what everyone there was smoking as everyone was acting like they were walking zombies. In the future, I would suggest that the staff refrains from partaking in the whacky tobacky before and during work. read more

The place was absolutely TERRIBLE! Not only did I drive 30 minutes round trip to pick up at $45 order, but then didn't even receive my entire order. When I called the store the "manager" was not helpful in anyway, by telling us that they could give us a "credit" or remake the wings. When I asked to have the wings delivered, she told me the order didn't meet the requirements. So my options were to get a credit from some place I don't intend to order from again, or drive another 30 minutes to pick up the rest of my order that THEY forgot. Ok, its PIzza Hut, you know what to expect with the food Great dine-in experience for the most part. Waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The food came out hot and fresh. They handled dine-in customers, takeout customers and doordashers efficiently and professionally. I knocked this down to a 4-star review because of some sass coming from the kitchen that was loud enough for everyone in the restaurant to hear. I had earned a free order of breadsticks via their rewards program. The waitress explained that I had to order those using the app as a takeout order to redeem the reward but that she would bring them to the table with the rest of the food I was ordering from her. The waitress was awesome and I tipped as if those breadsticks were ordered from the waitress. The woman running the pizza oven questioned my waitress about the breadsticks being ordered separately. Once it was explained to her, she let out an elongated, snarky, sardonic "woooow!". Maybe she thought I was going to skimp out on the tip or something..I dunno... none of her business considering she wasn't my waitress who actually instructed me on what to do. read more

I have had consistently good experiences with this local Pizza Hut of mine for 20 years. Eaten there probably about 150 times in my life. Even as staff change, managers change, and menu items/ingredients change, it has always been worth coming back to for me. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions, and my own? I really like this place and would for sure be honest if I'd had anybody bad experiences in my long run of going there. I'll talk about my most recent visit. After not having been for a little while, I decided to try the Big New Yorker. I ordered online, and to my chagrin when I got there, my server asks me if I had intended to order it with NO cheese and NO pepperoni. I was shocked and horrified that I flubbed up an order I had been wanting to make for about 4 months, and had been building suspense to. Without skipping a beat, my server came to my rescue and immediately offered to make me another for free on the spot right at closing even though it was MY OWN silly mistake. Her outgoing, and very charming, very sincere attitude made my embarrassment and self disappointment much easier to contend with as I waited for my own mistake to be rectified. She was kind enough to allow a few people to come in even up to like 8 minutes after close and place their orders. Hustling it out past the last minute and somehow keeping such a nice demeanor about herself. I look forward to my next visit, even with the salad bar having been put to the chopping block ;) Luckily for Pizza Hut, I go for their pizza. If salad kept the lights on, I'd expect to see a Salad Hut instead, but here we are. Pizza Hut making and selling good pizzas, good food, at a good price. Thank you very much. read more

Horrible idiotic management! I live literally in the adjacent town, in Norway - said they won't deliver to me. What?! Is this some kind of discrimination? Okay, so I offered to pay them whatever they want for the "extra" miles - they refused and shouted that they don't take "bribes!" Can you believe that!? Are you not in business to make money? So, I order a pizza on line, $22, and a $10 tip. Fair I think. Should be 15 minutes and I get there in 10. I stand around and no one asks me a thing. I wait. Nothing. A friend comes in for his order and asks mine as well as his. His is wrong and nothing for me. Friend motions to someone else, they come out. Gets him his order and asks for mine again. This time it was found in the warming oven where it was all along. There are PLENTY of places in town to get a pizza without this grief. Might be awhile before I go there again. read more

The worst service EVER. Went to dinner. There were only 3 other tables being used. Took forever for a waitress to take our order so we ordered drinks at the same time we ordered dinner in hopes we would get food faster. After 20 minutes nothing - not even drinks. After 40 minutes they bring the food. We ask for drinks and the waitress said she thought someone else had brought us drinks. We needed drinks to start eating so we waited. As food kept getting colder and colder and still no drinks my mother got up and complained. Drinks were brought to the table - but they forget one of them. They also didn't bring plates with the food. So my husband got up and got plates from the salad bar. The waitress took the drinks off the bill. Which would have made me feel better if the rest of the service was good. But it wasn't. Waited forever to finally get the bill. Horrible experience. Multiple wait staff. Only THREE tables with people. We will never go there again. And I recommend you don't go there either! read more

Not overly busy, got seated and drink orders taken right away (coffee and a lemonade). 10 minutes later two more tables are sat near us and drinks are taken and brought back right away. Our waitress apologizes for the miscommunication in which tables she had.
