My order was messed up but the manager on duty Liz heard me out and made sure to correct my order to my satisfaction. Mrs. Liz exemplified what it is to display customer satisfaction and even with a busy store and customers coming in at a rush hour found the time to take care of me. Thank You Mrs. Liz! read more

Pizza Hut - Messed up order but was made right and I appreciate it! - Pizza Near Me - Opelousas, Louisiana

No point in ordering online through the app. Said I should pick up at 8:21 just for them to say they never made the order. Oh wait actually they never said anything at all to me just was silent and telling a coworker it wasn't made and then said here you go with no apology or anything for the wait of forgetting to make your order I work food service and this was appalling. read more

Everything fresh & on time will be back !great customer service friendly crew , fresh

I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a child. It is one of my favorite places to eat in Opelousas pizza here it's always fresh and high and the employees here are such a delight. I would recommend eating here on a regular basis. It's a great environment and a lovely food. read more

Pick up order. I arrived on time, but it was already out. No way of knowing for how long. It was, however, cold when I got it home and raw on the bottom of the crust, in spite of the fact that I specified well done in the instructions. I wish we had a real pizza place in this town, or even a Papa John's. read more

it was gas, food was amazing asf. Quick service. And I barely had to wait for it. The people were nice as hell too. Asking me if I got everything read more

great service! Delicious food! Polite and friendly staff! clean store. Thanks for the amazing service and hospitality!

All I will say is the guy that cooked the pizza was very nice ! He also brought pizza and checked us out . Not that he was the only person there ---- Very nice guy The pizza was missing toppings but was very good pizza I assume he knew certain toppings were not available and made up for it with Mozzarella cheese so I was ok with it. Delicious anyway I'd order out , but not dine in there again -- Ending this good cook , very nice , pizza great . read more

The smell of the place alone made me gag. I couldn't even stand inside to wait on my carry-out order. My pizza and breadsticks were extremely undercooked. They only gave me 4wings with an order of 6. The wings were also missing their sauce. read more

I paid for SIX,yes,SIX wings and i thought stuff was coolin until i got my product. I got the pizza it was looking good but then i opened my wings and i found out TWO was missing. I thought hmmm ok they forgot TWO so i called them asking telling about the wing situation. They then proceed to leave me on hold for 10 minutes. When then they proceed to hang up the phone in my face. I should give them a ZEROOOOO star rating!!!!!! read more

Ordered $50 worth of pizza. The tracker said it had been delivered at 11:29 am and at 11:40, when I still did not have my pizza I tried to call. There is no direct phone number to call this place. If sends you to a call center. After speaking with 4 different people, the best they could do was tell me that the store would call me. They never called. I had to leave and drive over there. When I got there, she said that a driver had just left with the order. I had to rush back home. Finally, an hour after the pizza was supposed to be delivered, it arrived... it was cold and dry. read more

Food was okay the roach next to the buffet table was not. There appears to be a remarkable lack of care within this restaurant. They must not believe in cleaning tables, menus, the floor or the restroom. The manager has the nicest table cloth in the place by far but she's using it for her desk as she attends her online meetings from the dining room. No tables were wiped even though there were very few patrons. We wiped our own despite the numerous employees apparently on the clock. read more

Very good service, was coming in from out of town and placed an order online. They called me to advise me that what I ordered would take longer than expected which I was ok with since I was coming from Lafayette. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and attentive. I was able to add an order of bread sticks to my order last minute and was still able to get out before they promised. Even though it was a busy Friday they treated every customer like they were the only one in the store. Kaitlyn runs a well oiled machine and I appreciate everything she did for me. read more

Don't waste your time they won't deliver it won't call you to let you know it's not being delivered, and could care less when you call to ask about it. Hours of operation posted are definitely not honored. They close when ever they are ready. read more

Pizza Hut - the delivery process on the app - Pizza Near Me - Opelousas, Louisiana

I walked across a dirty floor and sat at a dirty table for 10 minutes without service. Went to the counter to ask if they wait tables, was told they didn't see me at 1 of their 8 tables. They didn't have beer, didn't have diet Pepsi, didn't have anything sugar free. I left because everyone outpizzas this hut. After a robo response from the restaurant on Yelp, asking where the hut is, duh, you own it!...and offering to make things "right", I am happy to say I am no longer hungry and will never sell out the truth for some coupons. 1st impressions are lasting ones. You blew that chance. Own it. read more

After much contemplation to get dinner of the day, we decided to eat Pizza and found this place. They are easily accessible and are easy to reach destination from the freeway. We walked in and there were already people waiting for their pizza. We thought it will be a long wait to get a table since we decided to dine-in. However, all those people were waiting for their to-go orders. We asked an assistant to be seated and she promptly did that. We found a place for 5 people easily and there were plenty of seating available. She gave us menus and asked us about our drink preferences. We got 4 waters with no-ice and 1 coke. She left to get our drinks and we started deciding the food. She came back fairly quickly with our drinks and quickly started taking our orders. We ordered a medium veg pizza, garlic bread, and salad. Garlic bread arrived first, followed by pizza, followed by salad. Pizza was really fresh and delicious. We ate it in almost no time. We got salad after we almost finished our pizza, which was little weird. Moreover, they got us 2 salads and we had ordered just one, may be there was some confusion. But they took care of it. Overall, a good pitstop for dinner while traveling. read more

Me and my friends ordered pasta and they didn't even take our name down or give us our receipts. The pasta was unseasoned, over-priced, and size was false advertisment. Pasta felt grainy and mushy. Pasta was $13 and was a baby portion. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. read more

This is great pizza but the wait was very long and the price is so expensive but it's over all a good place

This place is garbage. We waited an hour and a half for a medium pepperoni. The first pizza they made for us, they gave away on accident. Then they forgot about two of my orders of wings. Then they served us, after an hour and half, hand tossed pizza instead of pan. Then the waitress told me it was pan but it wasnt. Then she got very rude with me saying do I want to go make it my self. So then the manager said it wasnt pan and they would give is a credit but then changed her story saying it was pan and that I could get a free pizza next time. WONT EAT HERE AGAIN. read more

Today was a very unpleasant experience. I called and orders a large 3 topping pizza. The toppings were pepperoni, sausage and Canadian bacon. As i approach the restaurant and paid for me food I was excited to eat my pizza. Well i get in the car and check my pizza and realize there was only two toppings instead of three. Kinda of disappointing especially since it was a long day and its the playoffs. I just hope they start to better communicate and be on the same page as the employee and the Order taker read more

My daughter ordered online & a family member picked up pizza. When she got home;she discovered Pepperoni Lovers with extra cheese & mushroom deep dish pizza -did not have any pepperoni. It was also undercooked with a soggy crust. She called & they refused to honor their mistake. Not impressed!!! read more

Pizza is my Italian food that's like a cake, but I didn't order any triple treat box for $20 each!

If I could give zero stars, I would, but you have to put one to make a review! Tonight we sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and had no service! When we're sitting about 10 minutes my husband got up to get us our menus, the lady made him go get them and didn't give us our drinks. She yelled in the back for someone to go get our table and they started arguing over who's turn it was when there was only 1 table occupied besides ours, then no one ever came!!! My family and I will not be going back! Y'all need to hire people that's not so damn childish!! read more
